Consent Agenda Call for Hearing 1. Call for Hearing for the Presentation of Updates to the Building Code Ordinance, codified as CCC 16.05 scheduled for October 17, 2023, at 9:30 a.m. Agreements/Contracts/Bid Awards 2. Contract with Midway Underground LLC, for the Cathlamet Road Slide Repair project. The total amount is $438,865. 3. Agreement with Epic Land Solutions, Inc. to provide services pertaining to real estate appraisals and appraisal reviews for all property types that conform with federal and agency standards. The total compensation shall not exceed $50,000. 4. Agreement with Epic Land Solutions to provide services pertaining to real estate acquisition for all property types that conform with federal and agency standards. The total compensation shall not exceed $100,000.
