Consent Agenda Agreements/Contracts/Bid Awards 1. Amendment No.1 to Agreement No. 2022-0037-01 with NW Environmental Landscape Services for landscaping maintenance at various Cowlitz County facilities. The amendment extends the agreement for one additional year and securing the contract amount as this year at $55,281.44. 2. Completion Letter with Northwest Control Company, Inc. for the Chiller Replacement in the Hall of Justice Building, Project #2021-0041-01. The total amount was $478,185.78, including Washington State Sales Tax. 3. Contract with Slateco for the Camelot Reservoir Roof Replacement Project. The total amount is $308,717.64. 4. Interlocal Agreement with Southwest Washington Regional Airport for operation, repair, and improvement of the Airport for 2023-2028. The total annual contribution is $76,000.00. Resolutions 5.
