Consent Agenda Agreements/Contracts/Bid Awards 1. Personal Services Agreement with Painter Preservation for historic preservation reconnaissance survey services of Cowlitz County Granges. The total award amount is $10,000. 2. Amendment No. 1 to Personal Services Agreement with ALS Environmental for environmental testing at landfills and water/sewer plants. There is no increase in the original contract amount. 3. Contract Change orders with Security Solutions NW, Inc. to acquire cameras and door locking systems for building security at the Hall of Justice. The amount of the change order is $6,602 bringing the total amount to $232,092. Correspondence 4. Letters/Notices a. Letter dated 6/20/2024 from the Port of Woodland extending their appreciation for opening the Cougar restroom facility to the public. b. Letter dated 7/2/2024 to Karen Unruh congratulating her on her retirement and her 28 years of service to Cowlitz County in the Clerk's Department. c.
