Consent Agenda Agreements/Contracts/Bid Award Public Works 1. Supplemental Agreement No. 5 to the Local Agency Standard Consultant Agreement with Foundation Engineering, Inc. to cover ongoing work for the Dike Road Reconstruction Project and the Tower Road Rock Creek Bridge through December 31, 2026. (14580) Sheriff Department 2. Amendment #1 to the Contract with the Humane Society of Southwest Washington for Animal Shelter Services to extend services through February 28, 2026. The cost will remain the same, which is $9,250 a month, unless other extended services are needed. (14592) WSU Extension 3. Interlocal Agreement with Washington State University (WSU) Extension to provide residents of Cowlitz County with educational programs through December 31, 2026.
