Consent Agenda Agreements/Contracts/Bid Award Health & Human Services 1. Contract Amendment with Lower Columbia CAP (LCCAP) to be used to pay or reimburse necessary expenditures incurred for the construction of affordable housing units. This amendment updates the statement of work and extends the contract period to December 31, 2026, paid on a cost reimbursement basis, not to exceed $695,000.00 (no fiscal change). (14552) 2. Contract Amendment with Cowlitz County Habitat for Humanity for cost reimbursement of constructing new units of affordable housing and/or preserving existing affordable housing to extend the project work under the original Agreement through December 31, 2026. (14563) Sheriff’s Department 3. Addendum 1 to the Personal Service Agreement with Northwest Enforcement, Inc. for Guards/Supervisor and a Contractor-Owned Vehicle for the Security in the Jail.
