Supplemental Agreement No. 4 to the Local Agency Consultant Agreement with Foundation Engineering for Geotechnical Engineering and Geological Services for various Public Works projects to extend the expiration date to December 31, 2025,to cover ongoing work, and to revise the negotiated hourly rate. Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Local Agency Consultant Agreement with Jacobs Associates dba Delve Underground for on-call Geotechnical Engineering and Geological Services to address additional Geotechnical Engineering and Geological Services as the need arises and to extend the expiration date to December 31, 2025, to revise the negotiated hourly rate, and to raise the maximum amount payable from $200,000 to $300,000. 8. Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to the Local Agency Consultant Agreement with WSP USA, Inc. for the South Cloverdale Road Project to extend the expiration date to December 31, 2026, to revise the negotiated hourly rate and to raise the maximum amount payable from $456,557.21 to $525,550. (13834)

Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Local Agency Consultant Agreement with Ecological Land Services for on-call Environmental Analysis Services to address additional Environmental Analysis Services as the need arises and to extend the expiration date to December 31, 2025, to revise the negotiated hourly rate and to raise the maximum amount payable from $100,000 to $150,000.
