1. American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) officially obligating the funds for the County HVAC systems projects to upgrade County HVAC systems in multiple buildings. (13770)

2. American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) officially obligating the funds to the Westside Highway Slide Repair Project to stabilize the slope that slid onto the roadway during the storm event in February/March of 2022. (13778)

3. American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) officially obligating the funds to the Wastewater Treatment Plant Project for plant upgrades in order to maintain operations. (13779)

4. American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) officially obligating the funds to the Toutle Water Pump Stations Project to improve water pressure to the customers. (13780)

6. American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) officially obligating the funds for the Ryderwood Emergency Water Supply Project to determine if the existing supplemental water source can be modified to meet emergency needs and develop a design to use this source. (13782)

7. American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) officially obligating funds to the Rock Creek Culvert Project to design and construct the permanent bridge on Tower Road at the Rock Creek Crossing. (13783)

8. American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) officially obligating the funds to the Meter Replacement Project to replace all water meters with remote read meters in order to improve current meter reading practices. (13784)

9. American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) officially obligating the funds to the Hazel Dell Slide Repair Project to stabilize the roadway embankment below the roadway slide during the storm event in February/March of 2022. (13785)

15. Change Order No. 1 with Specialized Pavement Marking, LLC for the 2024 Joint Agency Pavement Striping Project to stripe additional roads that were not in the original contract. The increase is $58,500 for a total of $776,957.50. (13791)

RCW 42.30.040 - Conditions of attendance not to be required. A member of the public shall not be required, as a condition to attendance at a meeting of a governing body, to register his or her name and other information, to complete a questionnaire, or otherwise to fulfill any condition precedent to his or her attendance. People may remain anonymous when logging on to Zoom by creating any name and email of their choosing. In a meeting, public comment will be received, either or both, orally (raise hand in Zoom or use *9 on phone) and by writing. Note: Written comments may be sent to the Board at any time. For oral presentations, the Board may set a time for comments and speakers.

All matters listed with the Consent Agenda were previously distributed to each Board Member for reading and study, were available for public viewing, are considered items of regular County business, and will be approved, without separate discussion, by one motion of the Board of County Commissioners. An item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed on the Regular Agenda for separate discussion and voting at the request of any Board Member.
