The second session of the Cowley Abbott Spring 2023 Live Auction features the second offering of Artwork from An Important Private Collection. Focusing upon historical Canadian works of art, this session features master work by artists from the 19th and early 20th century, including Cornelius Krieghoff, James Wilson Morrice, Paul Peel, Tom Thomson, members of the Group of Seven (Lawren Harris, A.Y. Jackson, J.E.H. MacDonald, Franklin Carmichael, Frank Johnston and Arthur Lismer), Emily Carr, David Milne and many others. This session takes place on Thursday, June 8th at 7:00 pm EDT with previewing in Montreal and Toronto beginning in late April.
