Dear Crow Valley Members,

As we enter one of the most energizing months of the year, May represents more than the start of a full season; it reflects the people, preparation, and purpose that make Crow Valley what it is.

First and foremost, this month gives us an opportunity to celebrate two individuals whose impact on our club cannot be overstated: Chef James and Robin Seismore. Through years of dedicated service, both have

consistently elevated the member experience through professionalism, pride in their craft, and a genuine commitment to hospitality. Their leadership, consistency, and care for our members set a standard that continues to influence our team every day. We are grateful not only for their longevity, but for the passion and devotion they bring to creating memorable experiences for our membership.

Looking ahead, the excitement around our seasonal calendar of events is palpable. From golf, dining, and social gatherings to family-friendly activities, this season is filled with opportunities to connect, celebrate, and enjoy the club in meaningful ways. Events like our Members/Guest Events, Night in the Hamptons, & Holiday Pool Parties are more than dates on a calendar; they are moments where friendships deepen, traditions are built, and our community comes together.

Behind every great experience is preparation, and this season we have made a deliberate investment in staff training and leadership development across every department. Our focus goes beyond service; it is centered on true hospitality. That means anticipating needs, taking ownership, and ensuring consistency and warmth whether you are in the locker room, dining room, golf shop, pool, or on the course. Our leadership team is aligned in this mindset, and our staff is being trained to deliver exceptional hospitality with confidence and pride

Thank you for being such an engaged and supportive membership. We are excited for the season ahead and look forward to creating outstanding experiences with you every visit, every department, every time.

Warm regards,

They have two sons, Brayden (13) and Connor (10) that keep them quite busy. Brayden is active in PV Basketball and participates on the trap shooting team and junior high band, while Connor is on a travel baseball team and very much enjoys flag football Between the activities, the Biggerstaffs enjoy spending time with friends and family and being outside

CELEBRATING ANNIVERSARIES

45YEARS 45YEARS

Robin Seismore has been a cornerstone of the Crow Valley experience for many years Whether she was serving a beer, hanging a coat, or greeting you after your golf round her presence has been a constant positive for members. Her level of personal care and friendly welcoming continue to leave a lasting mark on our Club family

30YEARS 30YEARS

Chef James has played a defining role in shaping Crow Valley’s culinary identity

For the past 30 years his creativity, leadership, and passion have elevated the dining experience for our members. He has developed a culinary team that surpasses many in the region and continues to be something every member should be proud of.

Interesting Fact:

Chef James Steffen was hired by Robert VanVoren during his presidential term in 1996. He saw the talent in the young 25-year-old.

From family traditions to specialty events, Crow Valley continues to be a place where memories are made.

Hello Crow Valley Members,

Summer 2026 is shaping up to be an exciting season, and we’re thrilled to welcome your family back. Whether you’re enjoying time by the pool or heading out for a round of golf, there’s plenty to look forward to across the club. Our entire management team has been collaborating to make sure the summer Food and Beverage experience matches the elevated experience expected with the recent and upcoming projects.

The pool officially opens on May 22nd, and this year our Front of House team and lifeguards will be working more closely than ever to provide smooth service and a safe, welcoming environment. Mallory Smith has been hired as the manager for the Lifeguards and I will be working closely with her to ensure the pool experience is even better this season. On the course, golfers will notice improvements at the Halfway House, where recent renovations have created a more comfortable space to refresh mid round. Weekend food and beverage specials will rotate on course throughout the season, and the popular beer bucket deal returns as a member favorite.

After your round, join us in the Golfer’s Grille to enjoy featured beer specials, or unwind at 19N, which remains an ideal place to relax. We’re enhancing the atmosphere with the new plants and introducing an exclusive menu designed specifically for this space, featuring elevated takes on clubhouse classics along with new dishes crafted to complement the setting and refreshing the menu on a regular basis

With so much to enjoy, we’re looking forward to a memorable summer at Crow Valley. We can’t wait to see you out enjoying the sunshine, the course, and the community that makes this place special

As we settle into May, there’s a distinct shift in energy around Crow Valley that signals the true start of our golf season. The golf course is beginning to take shape, the practice areas are active throughout the day, and it has been a pleasure to welcome so many of you back to the club. This time of year always brings a renewed sense of enthusiasm, and our team is excited to build on that momentum in the weeks ahead.

One of the highlights of the month is the start of our Spring Junior Golf Program, which will take place each Wednesday throughout May. This program is an important

part of what we are building here at Crow Valley, creating an environment where young players can develop their skills in a structured yet enjoyable setting. Just as importantly, it allows us to foster a genuine appreciation for the game at an early age.

Beginning on May 1st, the golf shop will transition to our May hours. Our goal is to ensure that the level of service you expect is consistently available whenever you arrive at the club.

May also brings a full calendar of custom fitting opportunities: Callaway, PING, Mizuno, and Titleist. These provide an excellent opportunity to evaluate your equipment and ensure everything is properly fit for your game. We encourage you to visit the Crow Valley App to reserve a fitting time that works for your schedule.

From an events standpoint, there are a few important dates to keep in mind. The Ladies Golf Association season begins with their Opening Scramble & Luncheon on May 7 We look forward to both the LGA Member–Member and our Memorial Day event, a 2 Net Best Ball of 3 format that provides a great opportunity to enjoy competitive golf over the holiday weekend

As we move further into the season, I would strongly encourage you to take advantage of the opportunity to engage with our professional staff. Whether that means scheduling time on the lesson tee or joining one of us for a round on the golf course, these interactions are often the most effective way to elevate your game Our team is here to support your goals, and we are eager to work with you in a way that is both productive and enjoyable.

We are grateful for the opportunity to serve you and remain committed to delivering an exceptional golf experience defined by engagement, consistency, and attention to detail. We look forward to seeing you at the club this month.

Member feedback helps us continue improving the Crow Valley experience and working toward our vision of being the premier club in the region. We use your input to recognize and celebrate our team when experiences are outstanding, and to learn and improve when there are opportunities to get better.

Day-to-Day Club Experience: Please use the survey you receive by email after dining or other club experiences. If you do not receive one, you may also submit feedback through the Club app. This is the best channel for feedback on daily execution, facilities, lessons, events, service, dining, and overall experiences at the Club.

Broader Suggestions: For feedback related to policies, Club direction, programming ideas, facility suggestions, course-related questions, or longer-term improvements, please use the Club’s in-writing process by sending a letter to the General Manager or the Board. This helps ensure broader topics are reviewed through the appropriate channel Using the right channel helps us respond thoughtfully and make sure feedback reaches the right place We review feedback carefully and use it to recognize great experiences, identify opportunities, and guide improvements that serve the membership.
