As we move into the heart of the spring season, I want to take a moment to share how grateful I am to be part of the effort to bring the Clubhouse Refresh Project to completion. This has been a meaningful process, shaped by thoughtful planning, collaboration, and a shared vision for what our Club can and should be for its members
From the beginning, our goal was simple: to create a space that reflects the warmth, hospitality, and elevated experience you deserve. Seeing that vision come to life has been incredibly rewarding, and I am grateful for the dedication and expertise of everyone involved. Our committee worked tirelessly to ensure that every detail supports a more welcoming, functional, and enjoyable environment for all
I also want to recognize the Board for their leadership and unwavering support throughout this process. Their commitment to investing in the member experience and to raising the standard of hospitality and service across the Club has been instrumental Together, we are focused on elevating every touchpoint, from the spaces you enjoy to the level of care and professionalism you receive each time you interact with Crow Valley Golf Club
This mentality will also be spilling over into the other projects we have in the works. Both the Golf Course Charter and the Halfway House Remodel are intended to raise the bar and give our members the experience and service expected at our club The golf course project continues to progress on schedule, and we plan to host a town hall in mid-summer to update the membership and outline next steps.
As we look ahead, I’m excited for you to experience the refreshed clubhouse and the continued enhancements we have planned Thank you for your trust, your enthusiasm, and your ongoing support of the Club’s growth and evolution. It is a privilege to serve this community, and I look forward to an exceptional season ahead.

Nick and Jessica Needham are excited to start their membership journey at Crow this year and would like to introduce everyone to their family. Nick is the president of Needham Excavating, Inc., based out of Walcott, IA. Jessica is a Literacy Consultant at the Mississippi Bend AEA, out of Bettendorf, and she travels and works with multiple schools in the area. Together, they have six children: Kori, Keaten, Emersyn, Kinsley, Reese, and Easton!

Hello Crow Valley Members!
My name is Zack Vilmont, and I am excited to be a part of the Crow Valley Golf Club family. I am joining the team this season as the Restaurant Manager, and I look forward to getting to know everyone while contributing to an exceptional experience for our members and guests.
Previously, I served as the Director of Food and Beverage for a resort in Orlando that was part of Hilton Grand Vacations. I have been a part of several locations through the Quad Cities including Rhythm City, Hotel Black Hawk, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Kinseth Hospitality. Having grown up here, I decided to return to the area to spend more time with my three nieces as they grow up
I am very excited to come on board at such a pivotal time for Crow Valley My focus is to develop a team that can deliver the experiences you are looking for. I want you to be able to treat the club like an extension of your home and feel a high level of comfort and warmth when dining with us.

Our team is happy to announce the Summer Programs are ready and available for Signup! We hope you will be able to appreciate the time and effort our team took in making sure we have programming for all ages. We have placed special emphasis on scheduling so that every kid will be able to participate in all available sports, there should be no conflicts with times! Our team has moved all our programs and private lessons into one unified system We are partnering with CoachNow for all sports this year.
We believe having everything under one software will help members understand the full programming our club offers To view and signup for this programming please use the QR Code and create an account with your preferred email. From our clubs’ landing page you will be able to view and signup for all available offerings.

Each Junior has the ability to create their own account and can signup for their own programs. However, if your child doesn’t have an email or if you want to manage their bookings under one email address you can create unique users under one email by doing the following:

We are thrilled to officially welcome you to the 2026 golf season at Crow Valley Golf Club. Opening Day on Thursday, March 26th delivered outstanding weather for much of the day, and it was fantastic to see so many of you back out enjoying the golf course As we begin the season, we would like to share our guiding philosophy as a golf operation, provide an overview of our 2026 programming, and set the tone for the elevated experience our membership both expects and deserves
First and foremost, our Golf Professional Staff is here to serve you. Our commitment is to create an exceptional environment for you and your guests, both on and off the golf course. Should we ever fall short of that standard, I encourage you to reach out to me directly Our guiding philosophy this year centers on continuous improvement through radical truthfulness and radical transparency. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us refine, enhance, and continue positioning Crow Valley as the standard for golf operations in the Quad Cities.
We are especially excited about the continued growth of our golf programming this season. PGA Junior League signups are now open, offering a fantastic opportunity for young players ready for a more competitive and team-oriented environment. For those not quite ready for that step, we will also offer three structured four-week Junior Golf Programs, segmented by ages 7–9, 10–13, and 14 and up. With one spring session and two summer sessions, our goal is not only to introduce young players to the game, but to guide them toward developing a lifelong passion for golf. For our youngest golfers, Shawna will once again be leading the Little Linksters program, designed to introduce children ages 3–6 to the game in a fun and engaging way.
In addition, we will offer a comprehensive lineup of adult, skills-based clinics for Men, Women, and Couples These programs will focus on key areas such as driver performance, iron play, wedge play, specialty shots, putting, and course management Shawna will also be introducing fitness and mobility programs designed to support performance, longevity, and overall enjoyment of the game. It promises to be an active and exciting year from a programming standpoint, and we are eager to get into the swing of things. Please stay tuned for additional details on clinics, fitness, and mobility offerings As always, we welcome your ideas and feedback as we continue to elevate your experience at the club.
