Dinner is equally impressive. The menu is varied and thoughtfully curated, catering to a range of tastes. The dining deal for two proved excellent value, especially with a bottle of wine included. The steak, served with indulgent “dirty mash,” triple-cooked chips and rich peppercorn sauce, was cooked to perfection. The truffle bianco dish was equally outstanding—deep, indulgent and beautifully balanced.

Starters set the tone, particularly the bread selection paired with flavoured butters—the chicken butter being a surprising and memorable highlight. Desserts continued to impress, from a perfectly crisp crème brûlée to a rich, sticky treacle pudding that felt every bit as refined as a high-end restaurant offering.

The cocktail menu also deserves mention. A banana and caramel piña colada offered a creative twist on a classic— indulgent, distinctive and delicious.
