Words cannot express how much we appreciate all the love and support our family received during the loss of our loving mother. Mom was a wonderful lady who touched the lives of many of us, and her love will forever live in our hearts. Thank you to the staff of Southwest Healthcare, who were so accommodating to our family, and gave Mom such exceptional care. A special thank you is extended to Pastor Susan Fox for being there for Mom and our family during such a difficult time, and for the beautiful family and funeral service. Mom was blessed to be a member of such a loving and supportive church family. Official Notice of Annual Meeting
The yearly stockholder meeting of Scranton Equity Exchange will be held at the Scranton Community Center on Wednesday, November 13. Lunch will start at 12:00 with the meeting to follow at 1:00. The agenda will include the auditors overview of the financial statement, the Board Presidents review of changes that have taken place over the year, the General Managers Report, and a report on Frontier Travel Center of Bowman - a subsidiary. The meeting will conclude with comments from Benson Quinn. The stockholders will be asked to vote for one board position. Under by-law changes made by the membership at the 2006 annual meeting, members seeking a board position must notify the Equity Central Office in writing a minimum of 21 days previous to the meeting date.
