Crediting fresh ingredients and the friendly, fast, and knowledgeable staff with this award, Pancho’s Restaurante said the food is flavorful but not overly spicy and harkens back to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The entrees are enlivened by sauces that are rich and perfectly spiced, she said. A wide-ranging menu, large portions, and authentic decor add to the experience, according to customers.
