SourcePoint is Delaware County’s leading provider of services and programs for adults age 55 and better. From essential in-home services like Meals on Wheels and personal care to a wide range of engaging programs offered at our enrichment center and throughout the community, we empower individuals to live independently, stay active, and thrive. We also support caregivers with resources that strengthen well-being for the entire care network.

At SourcePoint, we believe every person 55 and over deserves the opportunity to live well, stay connected, and thrive.
This year was especially meaningful as I celebrated 30 years with SourcePoint. I’ve had the privilege of witnessing our organization grow alongside this community—adapting, innovating, and remaining deeply committed to supporting older adults and caregivers in Delaware County.
The impact reflected in this report is made possible by you. Whether through your time, generosity, or partnership, you help ensure that individuals can remain independent, engaged, and supported every day.

My husband has Parkinson’s disease and is unable to do difficult tasks. Your volunteer came to our house and assembled a riser chair for his safety. He also moved other furniture to make his life easier.

77% of SourcePoint’s budget is invested directly in programs and services that benefit older adults and family caregivers in the county, reflecting our commitment to responsible stewardship of both public and private funds.
