Our specially designed footwear caters to swollen feet, offering significantly more width, depth, and space than the standard wide-fitting shoes available from other retailers. As a small, caring company with over 40 years of experience in fitting swollen feet and legs, we are dedicated to providing the perfect fit. All our shoes feature the same extra roomy width fitting (6E for women and 3H for men). Even if you’re unsure of your exact width, most of our styles are adjustable enough to accommodate various foot shapes and levels of swelling. Simply put, if you struggle to find shoes to fit your swollen feet, we’re here to help.

What fitting is Cosyfeet footwear?

All our styles have an extra-wide fitting of 6E for women and 3H for men. Don’t worry if you don’t know the exact width of your feet as most of our styles are very adjustable and can cope with a range of swelling and foot shapes.

Do I need strap extensions?

What size should I order?

Most customers find that the shoe size they wore before experiencing swelling (e.g. size 6) is wide and deep enough to provide the extra room they need. If we don’t offer a half size in the style you want, we recommend you order the smaller full size.

Although our footwear straps are longer than average, if you have especially swollen feet or ankles, we supply matching strap extensions which lengthen the straps on most of our touch-fastening styles.

• To order women’s strap extensions please quote LX followed by the style name and colour.

• To order men’s strap extensions please quote MX followed by the style name and colour. All strap extensions are £5 per pair (£4.17 without VAT).

How does your ‘hidden depth’ sole design work?

The sole unit on our ‘hidden depth’ footwear allows the foot to sit below the sole line. This means that the extra depth is ‘hidden’ within the shoe so it still looks neat and streamlined.

Do I need to take care if I have diabetes?

Yes. We are aware of the problems that people with diabetes may have and so we offer footwear and socks with minimal seaming. However, not all our products may be suitable for your feet, so you need to make your own judgement or ask a medical advisor. Please run your fingers inside any item before wearing, checking for anything that may harm. After buying new footwear, wear it for 30 minutes to 1 hour at first, then inspect your feet for pressure marks or irritation. A hand mirror is useful so you can examine your whole foot.
