Check-in is available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival, and checkout is by 10am.
YOUR KEYS
Your key can be found in the lockbox beside the front door of your pod. Your access code will be sent prior to arrival.

Nestled within the grounds of Spey Bay Golf Club and just moments from the spectacular Moray coastline, our pods have been designed to offer a comfortable and relaxing escape in one of Scotland's most beautiful settings.
Whether you're here to enjoy the golf, explore the beaches and coastal paths, discover the local food and drink scene, or simply switch off for a few days, we hope you'll feel right at home.

Things ToKnow
MOBILE RECEPTION
Mobile signal can vary depending on your provider. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. Premium pods have mobile charging points at lamp & by the bedside.
PARKING
Parking is at the main car park at the golf club. Please drive slowly and be mindful of other guests and golfers. Parking adjacent to the pod is not permitted.
HEATING
Your pod is fitted with electric heating. Instructions can be found inside the pod.
BBQ
The golf club has a dedicated BBQ area adjacent to the putting green. No BBQ or open flame should be used outwith this area.
GOLF CLUB FACILITIES
Guests have access to the golf club's 24-hour toilet and shower facilities. You are also welcome to use the restaurant, bar, pool table and dart boards within the club.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
Each pod comfortably sleeps two adults, and has a sofa bed that will comortably sleep two children.
NO SMOKING
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the pods.
WASTE & RECYCLING
Please use the waste and recycling facilities provided within the carpark area of the golf club

Simply pull the sofa forward and unfold the bed mechanism. Bedding can be found beneath the main bed. In Classic Pods, the bed feet are within the zipped compartments. SOFA BED
Each pod is equipped with a digital TV with freeview apps including Freely, Rakuten TV and Pluto TV. Log In apps such as Netflix, Prime Video, iPlayer etc are also installed. TV
You will find a picnic table adjacent to your pod, and there are also two decking chairs and a small table within the black storage unit on the deck. ON THE DECK
24-HOUR WC & SHOWER FACILITIES
Guests have access to the golf club's modern toilet and shower facilities, located a short walk from the pods.

We have put together a few rules to help both yourself and our other groups enjoy their stay in a respectful way.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome in our Classic Pods Please keep them off the furniture and under control around the golf course
QUIET HOURS
Please respect fellow guests and nearby residents, particularly after 10 00pm
LEAVE IT TIDY
Please leave your pod in a clean and tidy condition when you depart.
FireEvacuation
Each pod is fitted with smoke alarms and fire safety equipment.
If You Discover A Fire
Raise the alarm immediately. Evacuate the pod. Call 999. Proceed to the designated assembly point.
Assembly Point
The designated assembly point is the righthand side of the main car park adjacent to the golf clubhouse.
Returning To Your Pod
Do not re-enter your pod until advised it is safe to do so.

Spey Bay is one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in Moray, offering miles of unspoilt beaches, coastal paths and abundant wildlife.
A short walk from the pods brings you to the shoreline, where you can enjoy sweeping views across the Moray Firth and, if you're lucky, spot dolphins, seals and a variety of seabirds.
FISHING ON THE SPEY
The River Spey is internationally recognised as one of Scotland's premier salmon fishing rivers. Flowing through the heart of Speyside before reaching the sea at Spey Bay, the river attracts anglers from around the world in search of Atlantic salmon and sea trout.
A number of local beats offer day permits and guided fishing experiences throughout the season. Even if you're not an angler, the river provides a wonderful setting for riverside walks, wildlife spotting and enjoying the tranquillity of the Moray countryside.
