Music and Play for Every Day: Sensory Foundations for Development Cortica is excited to announce a new upcoming group for all members of our Torrance community!
Dates & Times: Thursdays 4:15-5:00 PM (7/11, 7/17, 7/25, 8/1, 8/8, 8/115) OR Fridays, 11:30 - 12:15 am, (7/12, 7/18, 7/26, 8/2, 8/9, 8/16)
Course objectives: A greater understanding of how to help your child regulate their sensory systems for development and how to understand your child's emotional responses. Increased bonding between caregiver, peers, and child with the use of sensory-based strategies. Caregiver participation is required. This course is led by board-certified Music Therapists who have extensive experience working with the pediatric population.
