Music Therapy Groups at Cortica Burlington Cortica Burlington’s board-certified music therapists are now offering small group classes for children ages 3-6! These six-week classes are offered throughout the year and open to current Cortica families as well as non-Cortica clients. Dates: Every Tuesday, 6:00 PM - 6:45 PM (11/12, 11/19, 11/26, 12/3, 12/10, 12/17) Cost: $100 for all 4 weeks
Therapy Group Activities Each group will include up to four children and include activities that are age-appropriate and tailored to group needs, such as listening to music, instrument play, song composition, and movement.
Course Objectives Our music therapy groups focus on helping children to improve self-esteem, social skills, and skills related to emotional expression, coping, and self-regulation.
