INGREDIENTS:
1 pound of unsalted butter
INSTRUCTIONS:
The process of making ghee involves slowly simmering butter until the water evaporates and the milk solids separate and begin to brown. These browned milk solids are then removed, leaving behind the clarified butterfat, which is ghee. Cherished for its nutty flavor and high smoke point.
Place butter in medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring butter to boil. This takes approximately 2 to 3 minutes. Once boiling, reduce heat to medium The butter will form a foam which will disappear Ghee is done when a second foam forms on top of butter, and the butter turns golden. Approximately 7 to 8 minutes. Brown milk solids will be in bottom of pan. Gently pour into heatproof container through fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth. Store in airtight containers, being sure to keep free from moisture

Golf Course Update
The grounds team installed 6 pallets of zoysia sod to the right of #8 green on Thursday. This grass will offer more shade tolerance under the live oak trees. The area will play ground under repair as we allow the sod to establish.
