INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Water
1 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
9 Tablespoons Sugar
3 Teaspoons Kosher Salt
1 Teaspoon Coriander Seed
1 Teaspoon Mustard Seed
½ Teaspoon Whole Peppercorn
2 Cloves of Garlic
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a pot and bring to a vigorous boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Strain the brine and pour directly over your desired items that you are pickling. Cover and make sure that the items are submerged.
Refrigerate and keep for up to 30 days. Pickles will be ready in one day but will be better after four.

Golf Course Update
A fertilizer application was made to the fairways and approaches on Monday. We also began prepping to the right of #8 green for sod installation next week. The trees were trimmed to allow more sunlight, and we began hauling fill dirt to level the area. The area will be marked ground under repair until the sod matures for play.
