Transforming regular butte something more savory and flavor is a secret weapon we kitchen. Typically known as Noisette, the French word fo butter, it’s named after its n hazelnut aroma. Brown but pastas, sauces — even in pa creams.
In a heavy-bottomed pan diced butter & cook over m heat. The butter will begin then subside. Carefully kee stirring/whisking the butt see light brown specs appe bottom of the pan. The bu begin to smell nutty. Once you see the butter take on a light brown appearance remove it from the heat. There is a fine line between brown butter & burnt butter. It may take some trial & error before you make it perfectly. Pour the butter into a container & store in in the refrigerator for up to a month. The butter can then be used in any application that requires butter.
