Korean Quick Pickle

Yields 1 pint

1largecucumbersliced

2teaspoonssalt

1teaspoonmincedgarlic

1pinchofcrushedredpepper

2 oz. rice wine vinegar

2 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

Mix in a bowl to combine, making sure the sugar is dissolved. Let the cucumbers sit for 30 minutes. They are ready to use. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

These three lessons will be dedicated to taking your slice and turning it into a hook.

This package will start with a 9-hole playing evaluation of your game. After your 9-hole evaluation, we will sit down and go over strengths, weaknesses, and playing concepts. We will develop a game plan together and then, over the next 10 sessions, attack the weaknesses of your game. All parts of your game will be addressed, from putting, short/long putting, pace control, green reading, chipping, pitching, lob and bunker shots, short irons, long irons, hybrids, fairway woods, driver plus on-course play.

We split our academy into semesters. Once enrolled in a class you hold your spot for the entire semester as well as priority for future semesters. If you would like to drop enrollment your spot may be ﬁlled by wait-listed students.

Golf Course UpdatE

The zoysia grass installation project has come to a conclusion as we completed Hole #16 last week. Over the last few months, zoysia grass has been installed on Holes #1, #8, #11, #13, #15 and #16. These holes were targeted as being key landing areas with thin to non-existent grass and the shade-tolerant sod has provided an immediate upgrade.

A new bridge was constructed on Hole #17 last week to replace the broken, existing crossing. It’s now open for use. Thank you for your patience while cart traffic wa redirected to complete thi project

Golf Course UpdatE

All new in-ground trash cans, equipped with a foot pedal for easy opening, have been installed on the golf course. They are located on holes #4, #6, #8, #10, #14 and #16. These locations, accompanied with the can at the water station near #1 tee box, the bathrooms and Jackson Hole, will provide larger capacity to dispose of waste. The lids will be painted in the near future to blend better with the landscape. Removing the existing above ground cans, this will provide a cleaner look across the golf course.
