Jim enters his third year as Islander head coach after leading the team to a record 21 wins his first season and another 20 wins last season After his first season he was named a finalist for the Joe B. Hall award for outstanding rookie coaches.
Toyelle is about to tip off her first season leading the Islanders after an extensive career as a head and assistant coach She was part of he 2019 Baylor staff that won the national championship. Toyelle has 110 career head coaching victories.
