Cooking Class with Executive Chef Joe Boko

Chef Boko is hosting his first exclusive, hands-on cooking class for CCNY members. You will be guided through preparation, then taste your creations at a sit-down dinner with your fellow attendees!
To celebrate our nation's upcoming 250th birthday, join us on a walk past sites associated with figures and places important to the winning of American independence. Stops include St Paul’s Chapel, final resting place of Revolutionary hero Richard Montgomery; Federal Hall, where Washington was inaugurated president and where the Congress first met; the graves of Alexander Hamilton and Declaration signer Francis Lewis; Trinity Church; Bowling Green, where the Sons of Liberty protested the British Crown; and the site of Thomas Jefferson’s home. We will also crack the code of a Revolutionary War spy, discuss the Battle of Goldens Hill, and cover the pre-war origins of European colonization in Manhattan.

From Auschwitz to TikTok - Remembering for the Future

CCNY is honored to host Tova Friedman, one of the youngest survivors of Auschwitz and NYT best-selling author ("The Daughter of Auschwitz"). She will be joined by her grandson Aron Goodman, award-winning cocreator of TovaTok.
At 87, Tova has become a voice of resilience, sharing her story with millions on TovaTok, a project co-founded with Aaron to combat antisemitism and misinformation. As a witness to history, Tova will share insights from her memoir, focusing on themes of resilience, survival, and her ongoing mission to educate the world.
On this behind-the-scenes tour, you’ll go way beyond the stands and step into areas most fans only see on TV. Think insider access, bragging rights, and plenty of “wait… we’re allowed in here?!” moments. It’s Citi Field like you’ve never seen it before.

On behalf of The Club's Staff, the Program Committee, and the Young Alumni Ambassadors, I want to extend a huge thank you to everyone who has attended recent events. Thanks to you, The Club’s programs are filling up faster than ever and we are able to bring the CCNY member community together not only at The Club itself but all across the city.
Most recently, we’ve made our way out of the club to attend Broadway shows, the Metropolitan Opera, and Off-Broadway performances. We have also hosted stadium tours, museum exhibit visits, art gallery hopping, offsite whiskey tastings, and more!
We can’t wait for all the exciting adventures in the new fiscal year.
