If you enjoyed your 30-day trial membership, Become A Member of The New England Chapter of CoreNet Global! Schedule a call with your Ambassador from the Membership to Committee to outline your goals from Membership.

Complete a Volunteer Interest Form to outline which committees (1-2 maximum) you might be interested in joining.

After 1-2 years volunteering on a committee(s), explore leadership roles within one committee.

Once You’re A Trial Member, you will be contacted to schedule a virtual chat with a member of the Membership Committee about all that CoreNet has to offer and learn more about your goals and objectives related to your interest in the organization!

Register For And Attend Chapter Events during your trial period and meet up with your Membership Committee Ambassador at the event, network and meet other members!

Join 1-2 committees as an active volunteer and begin contributing!

Begin to Learn More About Our Committees and ways to get more involved. Meet more members to get the most out of your membership!

Take on A leadership role within one committee - options include Financial Coordinator, Co-Chair, or leading a subcommittee within the committee!

After serving in a leadership role on a Committee, explore applying to serve on the Chapter’s Board of Directors.

The board of directors has voted you as approved to join the chapter’s board of directors! Next step, the Chapter’s Membership votes/approves the Board of Directors Slate before the Annual Meeting

BECOME A BOARD OF DIRECTORS Liaison to one of the Chapter Committees for 1-2 years

Become chapter secretary, treasurer, or chief talent officer for a 2- year term, ultimately leading to Chapter President pending voting and approvals by the Board of Directors! 5+

APPLY TO BE ON THE CHAPTER’S BOARD OF DIRECTORS, or change committees to eventually become a Co-Chair of that new committee for 3- years

Complete an application to serve on the Chapter's Board of Directors for a 3-year term (can apply to renew every 3-years for up to 9years maximum)

Chapter membership has voted and approved The Board of Directors Slate to begin April 1 of that year for an up to 9-year term!

Consider exploring additional leadership roles on the Executive Committee (rotates every 2- years)

Awards Committee

The Awards Committee brings the New England corporate real estate community together to celebrate the best of our industry at our annual Awards of Excellence gala From engaging members to submit nominations to planning the details of the event itself, this team helps showcase the people and projects that define our Chapter and industry.

Communications Committee

The Communications Committee plays a vital role in keeping New England CoreNet Global members informed and engaged with both global initiatives and local chapter news. We achieve this through a variety of channels, including newsletters, our Chapter website, and social media platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram. Our committee members are experts in crafting compelling content, driving engagement across all platforms, and supporting other committees in promoting thought leadership. We are also responsible for drafting and submitting award nominations for CoreNet Global recognition.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee

As CRE professionals, our mission is to continue to promote and support advancing the principles and values that lead to and nurture an equitable, inclusive, and diverse community. CoreNet Global - New England's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) committee is dedicated to raising awareness and implementing strategies and initiatives that aid in fostering a sense of belonging throughout the organization, and in turn, throughout the CRE industry as a whole. By providing insight and perspective to the development of educational programs and resources, we are collectively empowering our organization to bring positive impact to people, spaces, and communities. We intend to cultivate a culture within CoreNet Global New England of respect, empathy, and humanity. We strive to be an organization that embraces differing perspectives, where people feel empowered to share their opinions and ideas, and where we can accept and acknowledge the various experiences of all our members, consistently learning and evolving and improving together.

Education Committee

The Education Committee strives to develop morning educational programs for the CoreNet Global - New England Chapter community. A variety of real estate, industry-focused, technology, and personal development topics are included throughout the committee’s yearly programming.

Emerging Leaders Committee

The mission of the Emerging Leaders Committee is to attract and retain future real estate leaders into the Chapter by creating programs designed to encourage emerging professionals to participate and become actively engaged in the corporate real estate industry. The Chapter is committed to ensuring that future corporate real estate leaders have access to educational resources and networking opportunities with their peers as well as senior professionals to support career development and growth.

Golf Committee

The Golf Committee is responsible for planning, promoting, and executing the chapter’s Annual Golf Tournament, a community-driven event and one of the Chapter’s largest fundraisers of the year. Designed to bring together professionals from across the corporate real estate industry, the tournament offers opportunities for networking, friendly competition, and charitable impact. In addition to coordinating all aspects of the event, the committee hosts a golf clinic to welcome and support newer golfers, ensuring everyone can engage and participate in an inclusive environment. The committee also works closely with the chapter’s Community Reinvestment Liaison to align the tournament with the Chapter’s charitable giving goals.

Real Advantage Committee

The role of the Real Advantage Committee is to support the professional development of the New England Chapter’s corporate real estate community through exclusive, sponsor-only, qualifying program offerings. These invitation-only workshops and dinners, available to Corporate Partners and Founders Circle Sponsors, focus on timely topics relevant to enhancing corporate real estate professionals’ contributions to their companies and across the industry, as well as provide exclusive and unique opportunities for knowledge sharing via one-on-one networking and relationship development.

Sponsorship Committee

The Sponsorship Committee works with existing, new, and potential sponsors to expand knowledge of sponsorship benefits within our professional community, promotes the value of CoreNet Global and our award-winning New England Chapter, maintains regular communications with sponsors, helps to promote participation at Chapter and national events, reviews sponsorship benefits and structure in tandem with other committees to optimize value, and onboards new Corporate Partners to the CoreNet Global - New England Chapter.

University Relations Committee

CoreNet Global - New England Chapter's University Relations Committee works to expand the Chapter's reach to Boston's many colleges and universities to expose students to the possibilities of careers in corporate real estate. The Committee also works with human resources and hiring departments at universities, and at our Corporate Partner and Service Provider sponsor companies, to identify opportunities for internships and jobs for students and graduates.

The CoreNet Global – New England Chapter depends on the commitment and dedication of volunteers and committee chairs to drive value for the membership.

CHAPTER LEADERSHIP

Executive Committee April 1, 2026 - March 31, 2028

The Executive Committee of The New England Chapter of CoreNet Global oversees operations for the entire Chapter including the Chapter's Board of Directors, and are members of the Board of Directors. Executive Committee members are appointed every two years for a two-year term, and are comprised of End Users and Service Providers who have been active and engaged members of chapter who have showcased increasing levels of leadership for the past 5+ years. The Executive Committee also serves as the Finance Committee for the Chapter and can vote on key financial decisions for the Chapter.

CHAPTER LEADERSHIP Advisory Council

The Advisory Council of The New England Chapter of CoreNet Global is comprised of past Executive Committee Members, including several past presidents who serve in an advisory capacity to the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. While the Advisory Council does not have a vote in Chapter decisionmaking, their guidance, knowledge and expertise are invaluable to our Chapter.

CHAPTER LEADERSHIP

Board of Directors, April 1, 2026 - March 31, 2028

The Board of Directors of The New England Chapter of CoreNet Global can serve a maximum 9-year consecutive term (3, 3-year consecutive terms) which may include time served as a member of the Executive Committee. To join the Board of Directors, one must complete an application during the published open application period, be an established, active and engaged member of the Chapter for at least two years, have had experience as a Co-Chair of at least one Committee and have exhibited increasing levels of leadership within the Chapter. The Board of Directors slate is voted upon first by the Board of Directors, followed by a Chapter Membership vote in advance of our Annual Meeting of the Membership every March.
