Simply put, it is our process of collecting information on salaries and benefits offered by different organisations within the service industry, nationally and internationally.
How do we execute it?
It is generally used to evaluate and streamline a company's internal job salaries based upon their own structure and aligning it with each country’s market.
Our data for benchmarking is gathered from a diversity of sources from our own salary surveys, market information from advertised roles with access to a vast selection of job boards, a global database of over 500,000 screened candidates, a team of 45+ worldwide expert recruiters across multiple sector and excellent relationships with leading industry businesses and collaborators.
There are two main types of salary benchmarking exercises. The first one is across all positions, from entry level of staff to executive management/board members.
The second one is at selected levels, mainly targeting positions that are more difficult to recruit for or those that are deemed “market premiums”.
