STUART CAMPBELL - Hotels & Pubs
Stuart joined the team in 2008, starting in the London office. Since then, he has contributed to the business in a variety of ways, from building our branded chef desk to spending two years in Australia, before returning to support our international appointments across the Middle East.
He later played a key role in establishing the European hub in Amsterdam, launched a global chef consultancy dedicated to supporting the movement of culinary talent to the UK and other key markets. He is now focused on leading Hotel and Pub recruitment across the UK, working closely with Olly (Restaurants and fine dining), Yas (Foodservice and Events), as well as James (Pubs) and Lara and Ed (UK Hotels and Resorts).
Throughout his time at CORE, he has been a proud ambassador for the business, supporting its continued growth.
