El agua brota de las fuentes y se refleja sobre azulejos centenarios que se entremezclan con columnas romanas, palacios renacentistas y sombras de palmeras.

Aún resuena la huella de Al-Ándalus en cada arco de herradura, en la filigrana tallada que decora el Real Alcázar de Sevilla, en los versos silenciosos que dejó el tiempo en la Giralda.

Water springs from the fountains and reflects off centuries-old tiles that blend with Roman columns, Renaissance palaces and the shadows of palm trees.

The legacy of Al-Ándalus still resonates in every horseshoe arch, in the carved filigree which decorates the Real Alcázar of Seville, and in the unspoken verses that time left in the Giralda.

Coqui Ybarra nació y creció en esta bella ciudad curtida de historia, por lo que se trata de una colección muy personal que rinde homenaje a sus raíces andaluzas.

La artista revive en cada pincelada sus recuerdos de niñez: balcones con geranios en el barrio de Santa Cruz; el Guadalquivir que perfila el barrio de Triana y todo un universo de culturas que emocionan gracias a su trazo pictórico.

Se trata de un estudio de color y figuras que resume la grandeza de esta ciudad hispalense.

Coqui Ybarra was born and raised in this beautiful, history-rich city, making this a very personal collection that pays homage to her Andalusian roots.

The artist brings her childhood memories to life in every brushstroke: balconies adorned with geraniums in the Santa Cruz neighbourhood; the Guadalquivir tracing the edges of Triana; and an entire universe of cultures that stir the soul through her artistic touch.

This is a study of colour and form that captures the grandeur of this Sevillian city.
