About Cool Move
About Cool Move Cool Move is a refrigerated transport company built for the East Coast of the UAE. We move chilled and frozen cargo across Fujairah and Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) from two depots of our own: Dibba Al Fujairah, opened in 2018, and Ras Al Khaimah City, opened in 2020. Our 75-vehicle fleet of chiller and freezer vans and trucks supplies hotels, supermarkets, pharmacies, seafood suppliers, farms, caterers and free-zone importers across both emirates.

Why a locally based fleet reaches you faster Most refrigerated fleets start in Dubai, Sharjah or Abu Dhabi. A vehicle sent to Fujairah or RAK spends 90 to 150 minutes crossing the Hajar mountains on the E611 through Masafi before it reaches your loading bay, and that distance usually appears on your invoice as inter-emirate mileage. Our vehicles are already here. One reaches you in about 25 minutes, with no cross-mountain surcharge, because there is no mountain to cross.

A single depot in the west would mean every East Coast job starts with a long haul over the mountains. So we began in Fujairah and opened the second depot in RAK as the work grew. It is a more expensive way to run a business, but it is the only shape that fits the ground we work on.
Where we are not the right fit We are not a Dubai fleet and we do not pretend to be. If your cargo lives mostly in Dubai or the western emirates, a company based there will serve you faster and cheaper. We are built for cold loads that move on the East Coast, or between Fujairah and Ras Al Khaimah. Not sure which side your route falls on? Three ways we fit your operation Dedicated Fleet For regular routes that need the same vehicle on the same schedule, such as supermarket restocking, pharmacy supply and daily hotel deliveries. A chiller or freezer truck is assigned to your runs.
Scheduled Recurring Routes For fixed runs that repeat but do not need a vehicle reserved just for you. We slot your delivery into our routes at set times: reliable and recurring, without the cost of full dedication.
On-Demand For one-off jobs, seasonal spikes, unexpected demand or overflow when your own capacity runs short. You call, we move it, with no standing arrangement required.
If a vehicle fails, your delivery does not We keep backup vehicles ready in both emirates, one for every class we run: a chiller van, a freezer van, a chiller truck and a freezer truck. If a refrigeration unit faults mid-route, a matching replacement is dispatched to transfer the load and keep it moving, at no extra charge to you.

The Northern Emirates Cold Chain Corridor Most of what we move does not stay in one emirate. Every day we run loads such as fresh catch from Fujairah Port to the resort kitchens of Al Hamra and Al Marjan, produce from Digdaga into Fujairah city retail, and temperature-sensitive free-zone cargo between FAFZA and RAKEZ. With depots at both ends, Fujairah to Ras Al Khaimah is a route we already drive, and mileage is built into your quote with no surcharge in either direction.

Requirements and Compliance
Renting With Cool Move Most customers are on the road the same day. What you need depends on whether you book as a business or an individual, and whether you take the vehicle self-drive or with one of our drivers.

The licence rule For self-drive, the vehicle class decides the licence. A standard UAE light-vehicle licence covers the 1 to 1.5 ton chiller and freezer vans. The 3 to 10 ton trucks are over 3.5 tonnes, so they need a UAE heavy-vehicle licence. If you do not hold one, rent with a driver instead. Every driver is licensed for the vehicle class, and you need no licence of your own.
Certified for food and pharmaceutical cold chain Compliance on the East Coast means clearing the right authorities, not the Dubai ones. A hospital or supermarket can refuse a load from a vehicle it cannot verify, and a rejected load is the sender's loss.
