DIRECTOR NEWS CHADD COOKE - DIRECTOR As we close another financial year, it's a great opportunity to reflect on what has been a year of both challenges and achievements. We've navigated project complexities, changing client demands and the everyday challenges that come with delivering major projects across Australia. More recently, the ongoing conflict in the Middle East has continued to place significant pressure on global supply chains and material pricing. Unfortunately, there is still no clear end in sight, with many suppliers only able to provide pricing certainty around 30 days in advance. This creates a particularly challenging environment for our estimators, procurement teams and our clients, who are all trying to make informed decisions in an increasingly uncertain market. Through it all, one thing has remained constant - the commitment,

AROUND THE COUNTRY Over the past few months, I've had the opportunity to visit each of our states and spend time with our teams on site and in our offices. Seeing firsthand the quality of our projects, the professionalism of our people, and the pride everyone takes in their work has been incredibly rewarding. It's clear that our teams are doing a fantastic job, and I want to sincerely thank everyone for the effort and commitment you continue to demonstrate every day. The consistency of our delivery across the country is something we should all be proud of. Our success isn't measured solely by financial performance. It's reflected in the projects we've delivered, the relationships we've strengthened, the opportunities we've created for our people, and the reputation we continue to build as one of Australia's leading commercial plumbing contractors.

Based in the Philippines, CDPG is supported by Shore 360 staff across our Estimating, Finance and Hydraulic Design Departments. Working day-to-day alongside our Australian teams, they're a valued part of how we deliver for our clients. LOOKING AHEAD As we look ahead, our pipeline of work remains strong and we are well positioned for another successful year. While there will undoubtedly be new challenges, there will also be new opportunities to innovate, grow and continue raising the bar. By continuing to work together, support one another and focus on delivering excellence for our clients, I have every confidence that we will continue to build on the momentum we've created. BUILDING FUTURES BREAKING BARRIERS (BFBB) UPDATE There's a place for everyone in this industry. This groundbreaking three-year project is part of the Building Women's Careers Program (BWC), funded by the Australian Government Department of Employment and Workplace Relations. As a Project Partner, we continued our commitment to supporting BFBB when we attended the BFBB Summit 2026. Our very own Jacqui Besanko was on the panel to talk about what implementing and testing the Cultural Maturity Model and Framework looks like in practice.
THE SUMMIT More than 100 leaders travelled from across Australia to join forces at the Building Futures,
WHAT'S NEXT The next step is the roll-out of the pilot programs across Victoria, NSW, and Queensland with Constructing Equity and The Men's Project. We are moving from insight into practical implementation. To ensure that the Plumbing Industry Maturity Model (PIMM) is fit for the industry, Constructing Equity has started working closely with 6 companies to test and validate the draft model they have created. Our pilot programs will run from 12–23 October 2026, where our site teams will be involved in focus groups reflecting a cross-section of roles including supervisors, Apprentices and administrative / P&C employees.
Breaking Barriers Industry Summit: Resetting Standards for Culture and Inclusion. The industry is stepping up to ensure we build safer, more inclusive workplaces and sites. Leaders from the 12 Project Partners and the 16 Founding Project Supporters heard firsthand: The Hon Andrew Giles MP, Minister for Skills & Training, giving an overview of the Federal Government's support for increasing the number of women in plumbing. A presentation of groundbreaking research giving a view of current industry workplace strengths and challenges. A panel discussion with companies talking about current workforce challenges and the value of their participation in the BFBB pilot program. 7

We're pleased to welcome George Aslanis to the team as our new Head of Group Finance, leading finance across our trading entities.
He's usually got an audiobook or a crime podcast on, and can be found following the soccer!
George is an experienced finance leader and CPA with more than 20 years' experience across financial management, commercial operations, strategic planning, governance and business improvement. He's worked closely with operational teams throughout his career to improve performance, strengthen financial processes and support sustainable business growth. Most recently, he held senior finance leadership roles with Visy, leading finance teams, supporting executive leaders, and managing reporting, compliance and audit requirements.
WHAT WE’VE BEEN WORKING ON It has been a busy quarter for our teams, with a number of important projects and initiatives underway. Nick Boskovski and the Finance team have been focused on the end of financial year, including preparing for and supporting the annual audit. Alongside this, the team is developing new reporting tools and exploring improved ways of providing financial information across the organisation, supporting effective decision-making. There is also plenty happening across our other support teams. Terina Considine has been busy reviewing and updating procedures to better support her team, while identifying opportunities to improve the way we do things, and David Ennis is working on a number of projects within the Payroll team focused on streamlining processes and improving efficiency. CJ ARMS DESIGN MATT MURRAY - DIRECTOR Our amazing team of 17 engineers and modellers have been working on two key prefabrication projects for CJ Arms Design including Albert Park Pit Building Redevelopment and Ballarat Base Hospital. At Albert Park all inground drainage was prefabricated ahead of schedule off-site prior to installation and at Ballarat the main domestic hot water services were designed and coordinated in 3D model, built in the CDPG warehouse and delivered and installed on-site.

I'm sure it won't be long until we are in the depths of Spring, Melbourne Cup on the horizon and Santa Claus preparing for a busy Christmas period. Since the last edition in April, we have achieved an impressive number of successful outcomes within our project delivery with superior quality targeting a Zero-Defect approach. This achievement reflects the strong collaboration, dedication, and collective effort of our project teams, who have fully embraced the approach and delivered outstanding results.

A consistent pipeline will see out the remainder of 2026, some encouraging opportunities that will see a steady 1st quarter of 2027 and beyond. Consisting of 11 separate buildings, this project has been running for just over 2 years and is due for practical completion in November 2026. The development includes 416 separate apartments ranging from 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, complete with DDA and SDA apartments throughout the buildings.

WILSONS PROMONTORY - PARKS VIC Expanding on CDPG's ever-growing repertoire of precision and quality, the team has been contracted to design and construct a 9km predator proof fence at Wilsons Promontory. Tasked by Parks Victoria, the team hopes to turn the Prom into a wildlife sanctuary, with hopes of conservation and protecting Australia's precious native flora and fauna, something truly special as we look to prevent extinction for future generations to enjoy. Headlined by up-and-coming Project Manager Rachel Duncan, this exciting opportunity for growth and development has utilised subcontractors including CJ Arms, not-for-profit Odonata, Pathway Plumbing Services and an external fencing contractor. This project also brought opportunity to employ 3 local Indigenous trainees to assist with the fence installation. These trainees have completed 680 hours on the project and have developed important skills that will hopefully lead to further employment opportunities. 12

COOKE & DOWSETT QUEENSLAND JUSTIN PITTS - STATE MANAGER After 15 years in the same office, it was time for a refresh, and we're pleased to say the QLD office fitout was completed at the start of July, with the team moving into the new space shortly afterwards. What started with demolition, dust, temporary workspaces, and a few unexpected challenges along the way has been transformed into a modern, functional office. The upgrade includes new workstations, improved meeting facilities, enhanced amenities, upgraded technology, and a fresh new

kitchen. One of the biggest benefits of the new layout is the additional space it has created. We can now comfortably host team members from our interstate offices when they visit, giving us more opportunities to collaborate, connect, and work together face-toface. The end result is a workspace we can all be proud of and, after 15 years, it's a well-deserved upgrade that will support the team for years to come. We think you'll agree it was worth the wait!
CONGRATULATIONS HUTCHINSON BUILDERS Congratulations to Hutchinson Builders on winning the Master Builders Award (MBA) for Brisbane Health Facilities Over $20M, for the Ripley SubAcute Hospital Expansion Project. QUEENS WHARF TOWERS 5 & 6 Over to our largest job from a $ value perspective, things are starting to pick up at Queens Wharf T5/T6 residential towers. Tower 5 which is 74 storeys high sits currently at Jump L24 and working deck L20. Tower 6 which is 33 storeys is sitting at Jump L10 and working deck L7. Work being carried out in T5 is the install of downpipes within the jump columns and solvent install. Installation of sanitary and stormwater pipework is well underway in both towers and 75% complete in basement levels. After a few false starts, stainless steel gas and water main pipework has just commenced in both the basement areas and to T5 typical floor corridors. This job has another 3 years to go, and Damian Granland, James Taylor and Cherrie Mae Sorenson have certainly set their office up like it’s their 2nd home - fair dinkum it makes the Taj Mahal look like a

COOKE & DOWSETT QUEENSLAND QEII HOSPITAL The Multi-Storey Carpark is fast approaching handover - HW plant going in, fire service complete, just the flow test to go. Site Manager Dan Dolan and his team have this part of the project well ahead of schedule, and Dan has also overseen the refurb in the live existing hospital, where the new kitchen is handed over and running at full operation. Stage 1 Pharmacy/Pathology sections are handed over and witness tested, with Stage 2 commencing shortly. Site Manager Jordan Lowth is taking care of the new 6 level Clinical Services Building - prefabricated

frames and rough in water services installed, hot water plant in on L1 and L6, and fit-off well under way through L1–L3. A massive job, and the hard work from top to bottom (Project Managers to Apprentices) has us positioned to deliver on budget and ahead of schedule - a big thank you to all involved!
BLOOMHILL CANCER CARE WELLNESS CENTRE We were honoured to give back to Justin Pitts' local community in Buderim through our involvement with the Bloomhill Cancer Care Wellness Centre. The work this charity does for cancer patients and survivors is truly special, and helping bring their vision to life - transforming an old shed into a fully functioning Wellness Centre - was a genuine privilege. With the generous support of industry partners SJM Hydraulics Design, Australian Pump Solutions, Bretts, Reece, Rheem and Enware, combined with our own contribution of labour and project management, we helped deliver $65,000 worth of value toward the project. The result is a space where anyone undergoing treatment can stay connected to their community and access meaningful support for their physical and mental wellbeing. The gratitude we received was humbling - what meant the most was hearing directly from patients who took the time to personally express their appreciation. A special thanks to Andrew Thompson, who led the charge on site. He might look big and tough, but this big teddy bear brought exactly the right mix of care and

professionalism, delivering a finished product that will benefit the community for years to come.

COOKE & DOWSETT QUEENSLAND NEXT DC The project structure has topped out, and the boys are in the final install phase of the prefabricated risers to the building. Ten of the twelve risers have been delivered to site with eight installed to the building externals. Big shout out to Ryan Moore for this prefab work off site and the rest of the permanent team Jacko Rogers, Indy (Mark Inwood) and Leighton Diprose who have helped reach this very significant milestone. Did someone say who needs Tom?? Keep working on that tan in Bali, Tommy!! (Tom Browne). INDUSTRY TRADE SCHOOL Thanks to the work of Jo Bomm and Hayden "Lummo" Lumsden, we have had some great outcomes getting Year 11 and Year 12 students from The Industry Trade School to gain valuable work experience across most of our jobs as they ponder a future in the plumbing industry. This marks a major milestone for C&D and is a great reflection of the team's continued progress on site. ORTHONOVA ORTHOPAEDIC HOSPITAL - BUILT With handover now just four weeks away, the project team is in the final stretch. An excellent effort from the entire team on what has been a complex hospital build delivered against a very aggressive program. UWA NEW STUDENT ACCOMMODATION
UWA NEW STUDENT ACCOMMODATION LENDLEASE Our first WA project with Lendlease has been a fantastic start to the relationship, with both teams working exceptionally well together. Service installation has recently commenced, marking a significant ramp-up in onsite activity as the project moves into the next phase. 16

COOKE & DOWSETT WESTERN AUSTRALIA 195 PIER STREET - ICON Also just four weeks from handover, Pier Street has been a remarkably smooth project from start to finish. The strong working relationship between Icon and the project team has been a real highlight and a testament to what can be achieved through great collaboration. This was also the first project in WA where C&D utilised prefabrication, an exciting step forward for our delivery approach.

Block U is now ready for fit-off, with the hydraulic rough-in completed and services ready for the next stage. Blocks B and A1 have also recently been roughed in and fit off commencing shortly. 367 COLLINS STREET MELBOURNE PPM is nearing completion of one of our largest projects to date, the 28-level amenities upgrade delivered over 15 months in partnership with McCormack. The project has delivered a modern and refreshed look. A major component of the works involved upgrading the building's entire sewer system, and replacing the existing cast iron drainage with new PVC pipework. This significant upgrade will improve the reliability and longevity of the building's sewer infrastructure and support the ongoing operation of the property.

The project was delivered to a high standard, with meticulous attention to detail creating a modern, sophisticated, and functional space for the new legal firm moving into the building.

PARLIAMENT HOUSE FIRE SERVICE UPGRADES PPM has continued works on the fire service hydrant and hose reel system upgrade, focused on replacing the existing fire service infrastructure from the North Carpark through to the Spring Street entrance. The project has presented several challenges, particularly with excavation works being carried out within a historic precinct. During excavation, a number of previously unidentified site conditions and existing services were uncovered. One of the more significant discoveries was a large historic SCHOOL BASED APPRENTICE KIP GROGAN PARLIAMENT HOUSE

TRAINING & FURTHER EDUCATION TPAGG recently commissioned the design of a new high-pressure water jetter, built in NSW and shipped to WA. The pressure jetter is used to clear and clean drains. It is a safer, more capable piece of equipment, replacing our outdated machine. Recently our maintenance staff completed MSMSS00019 training on how to operate a drain cleaning system in readiness for the arrival of the new jetter.
