In late October we shared the news of the passing of Scott Dowsett, our Director and Co-Founder of Cooke & Dowsett Plumbing Group Scott was so much more than a leader, he was a true mate, full of passion for our trade, with a genuine warmth that touched everyone he met He always put people first, whether it was his team, his customers or the wider plumbing community he loved so much As we continue to support Scott’s family and friends during this incredibly difficult time, we will continue to honour Scott’s remarkable legacy and the lasting mark he has left on our company and our industry
We are humbled by the amazing outreach of love and support from our clients, suppliers, employees and colleagues nationwide and we thank you greatly. CDPG will continue to strive for excellence in each project we deliver and in doing so we will celebrate the relentless contribution made by our founding partner and great mate, Scott Dowsett.

In honour of Scott’s commitment to training and the next generation of plumbers, The Industry School in Ipswich QLD has named their School-Based Plumbing Apprentice of the Year Award in his memory.
This is a deeply meaningful recognition of the impact Scott made on young people coming into the trade, and a reminder of the standard he set for learning, leadership and opportunity across our industry. The inaugural award was presented on 14 November 2025, with school-based apprentice Yasmin KumarChristensen receiving the honour We sincerely thank The Industry School for acknowledging Scott in such a special way. It means a great deal to his family, to our team, and to everyone who had the privilege of working alongside him

We’re incredibly proud to announce the successful completion of the $1 1 Billion Frankston Hospital Redevelopment - the largest ever health infrastructure investment in Melbourne’s south-east. This project is a major milestone not only for Victoria’s healthcare network but also for everyone at CDPG who played a part in bringing it to life From the office to the site, every bit of effort, teamwork, and persistence has helped deliver one of the most advanced hospital facilities in the country.
In a world first, the project features Caroma Smart Command technology - proudly designed and developed here in Australia - helping set a new standard in smart, sustainable plumbing systems within a healthcare environment.
We’re proud to acknowledge our incredible team of plumbers who were recently presented with their long-term Plumbing & Pipe Trades Employees Union (PPTEU) membership certificates on-site at the Dandenong Aquatic Centre Pictured (left to right): Simon Jewell (PPTEU), Matthew Stark – 25 Years, Steve Spooner – 45 Years, Corey Small – 25 Years, Brett Boyes – 35 Years, Marcus Pickles (PPTEU), and David Schembri (C&D HSR) A huge congratulations to each of you - your dedication and craftsmanship are at the heart of what makes CDPG great!
The redevelopment offers so much for the local community, including:
A new 12-level clinical services tower and welcoming main entrance
130 additional beds for greater patient capacity
New maternity, obstetrics, and paediatric wards
A dedicated women ’ s clinic and special care nursery
Expanded mental health and oncology services
15 new operating theatres, allowing for more surgeries and shorter wait times
A refurbished and expanded emergency department
A new rooftop helipad and multi-deck carpark

In August, Dad and I joined the PPTEU and PICAC delegation to North America for the UA Instructor Training Program in Ann Arbor, Michigan After a long haul to Toronto, we spent time with the UA’s local team and government representatives, comparing policy settings and workforce priorities. That set the tone for a trip that gave us a clear view of how other regions approach skills, training and industry development

Interested in seeing more of the work happening at J.W. Danforth? Visit the link below to learn more. https://jwdanforth.com/
A stop at Niagara Falls took us across the border to Buffalo, where the standout was our time with the J.W. Danforth Company. CEO Robert Beck and his team gave us an open look at how they plan and deliver work, and the roundtable discussions with their senior leaders were frank and valuable
We toured their prefabrication facilities, saw the scale of the new Buffalo Bills NFL stadium, and visited the five-storey, 3 1-million-square-foot Amazon Distribution Centre These site walks have given us practical ideas we ’ ve already started shaping for our own warehouse setup. Importantly, we ’ ve now begun a working relationship with Danforth. HR and training teams on both sides have already met to compare pathways, equal employment opportunities and professional development priorities, and we look forward to building on that connection.
We finished the trip at ITP week in Ann Arbor, meeting instructors, reviewing course content updates, touring mobile training units and taking part in their Industry Day.
I am grateful I had the chance to make this trip with Dad and return with knowledge that will benefit both the business and the industry moving forward
Representatives from our operations teams attended the inaugural Building and Plumbing Commission Industry Conference in Melbourne in October The conference focused on new building reforms and key topics included getting it right the first time, consumer protection, and modern methods of construction

In early October Directors Scott Dowsett (CDPG) and Matt Murray (CJAD), along with our CFO Neil Moxon, ventured to Clark in the Philippines to meet with our offshore recruiters Shore360 and our new CDPG offshore employees

While there they also conducted further interviews and even carried out our CDPG induction to one lucky new employee, who had the privilege of being inducted by both the CEO and CFO of CDPG!
One of their highlights was meeting the self appointed COH, Shore360’s Chief of Happiness! She certainly livened up the office with a loud and friendly hello so that everyone knew we had arrived!
CDPG currently have 5 offshore employees, soon to be 6 in the new year As our business continues to grow we need to ensure internally we continue to grow and invest in our people to support our operations Watch this space but it’s certainly promoting CDPG on the world stage!

We’re excited to welcome our newest apprentices to the CDPG team! These fresh faces are stepping into the world of commercial plumbing, ready to learn from the best and gain hands-on experience across our projects.
At CDPG, we ’ re all about backing the next generation of plumbers - giving them solid training, hands-on experience and the right support to help them thrive. If you see them on-site or around the office, be sure to say hello and make them feel welcome!

Several members of our team recently attended specialised training with Viega to deepen their understanding of the GeoPress system The session covered correct installation techniques, tooling, troubleshooting and where the system delivers the most value on complex commercial projects.
It was a great opportunity to get hands-on with the product and stay up to date with evolving plumbing technologies We’ll continue investing in sessions like this to strengthen capability across our sites

Backed by the Australian Government, this three-year program will drive cultural and structural change to break down barriers for women and build safer, more inclusive workplaces across the plumbing, mechanical services and fire protection industries As a Partner Organisation, we are committed to working with PICAC and other industry leaders and recognise that creating a respectful, diverse and inclusive Plumbing Industry requires leadership, collaboration and action.
Our Industry has a proud history but it has been shaped by a workforce that is mostly male That needs to change. We acknowledge the need to understand what the barriers are and to break them down to ensure that everyone is welcomed, respected and supported at every level of the industry
Supporting and implementing practical policies and procedures that foster psychological safety, inclusion, flexibility, and equality in plumbing workplaces
Taking action to open up opportunities for everyone, particularly for women, in our Industry and actively remove barriers to their access, participation and advancement
CDPG is actively driving this transformation, proudly attending the national launch events and contributing strategic guidance as a member of the Industry Steering Committee.

As a partner in this change, we commit to:
Working collaboratively with PICAC and all Project Partners to create long-term cultural change across the Plumbing Industry
Education to strengthen our understanding of the cultural and structural drivers of inequality and inclusion.
Listening to the voices and experiences of everyone in the Industry - and using this insight to inform our programs, leadership and practices
Championing respectful behaviour and inclusive leadership across our organisation and throughout the Industry

A big congratulations to our apprentices who’ve officially completed their training and are now fully qualified plumbers. It’s been a long journey of learning, hard work and hands-on experience, and the results speak for themselves Your commitment has paid off, and we ’ re proud to see you reach this milestone We can’t wait to see where your skills take you next. Well done, legends.

This year has been a busy and rewarding one for the CJ Arms Design team, with more than twenty hydraulic designers and engineers working across our South Melbourne and Keilor Park offices
A major focus has been refining our prefabrication systems and strengthening the link between design and project delivery. By working closely with CDPG’s Operations and Prefabrication teams, we ’ ve continued to improve our in-wall modular frame systems and early-stage design workflows, ensuring we deliver efficient and cost-effective hydraulic outcomes for clients.
We’re proud of the progress the team has made, both in the development of our design capability and in the contribution we ’ ve made to key CDPG and industry projects throughout the year. As we move into 2026, our priority remains clear: smarter design, stronger collaboration and continued innovation in prefabrication

The Wilson’s Prom Predator Proof Fence is a major conservation initiative led by Parks Victoria to protect the national park from invasive species The 10-kilometre fence will create a controlled habitat where native wildlife can recover without the threat of foxes, cats and other predators. The project brings together CDPG, Pathway Plumbing, Odonata and CJ Arms Design in a collaborative design-andconstruct partnership combining environmental, cultural and practical expertise. Once complete, the fence will support long-term ecosystem restoration within the sanctuary zone, safeguarding vulnerable species across the region
The Northern Hospital expansion forms part of Victoria’s broader investment in major health infrastructure to support Melbourne’s fast-growing northern corridor The project will introduce new inpatient areas, upgraded clinical spaces and improved connections across the facility During the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phase, CJ Arms Design and CDPG have been engaged by John Holland to provide early hydraulic design insight, risk assessment and cost planning Drawing on extensive healthcare experience, the team is helping shape decisions around constructability, service routing and compliance ahead of detailed design and delivery

Congratulations to Manny Jaiman, who has been promoted to Prefabrication Engineer. Manny now plays a key role in driving prefabrication across CDPG projects nationally, including design integration, manufacturing coordination, site quality checks, authority liaison and modelling It’s a significant step in his career and a valuable addition to the prefabrication program.
The new Sydney Fish Market is one of the largest waterfront developments ever undertaken in New South Wales, transforming Blackwattle Bay into a major world-class food and tourism destination Designed by Grimshaw Architects in collaboration with Nordic and Aspect Studios, the redevelopment includes upgraded seafood retail areas, improved public spaces, a new waterfront promenade and market operations designed for higher capacity and sustainability. The project reached practical completion in November 2025, with CJ Arms delivering the hydraulic services and water management design for Infrastructure NSW Our work formed a key part of the building’s operational backbone, supporting everything from seafood processing facilities to waste and stormwater systems within a complex maritime environment.

Chatswood Chase has undergone a major redevelopment led by Multiplex, modernising one of Sydney’s premier retail centres and preparing it for long-term commercial growth in the Chatswood precinct The project includes new retail levels, upgraded back-of-house infrastructure, improved loading docks and major building services upgrades CJ Arms Design supported the redevelopment with hydraulic, fire services, civil engineering and flood modelling design, helping ensure the centre meets contemporary performance and compliance standards. The scale and complexity of the project has showcased the multidisciplinary capability of the CJ Arms Design team, particularly where hydraulic, civil and fire systems intersect within a dense urban environment.

WESTGATE TUNNEL PROJECT
As the year ends, I want to express my appreciation for the hard work, dedication and commitment the team has shown throughout 2025. We’ve seen strong improvement across the board, including our ability to deliver complex projects with confidence and consistency
Our success this year has come from genuine collaboration. When our teams are aligned on expectations, understand the requirements clearly and communicate openly, the results speak for themselves Strengthening our planning processes has also made a real difference, giving us better control over our programs and helping everyone stay ahead of what’s coming

This shared effort has set a solid foundation for the work ahead and gives me real confidence in what we can achieve together in 2026.
What stands out most is the way our people support one another. Every project has its challenges, and it’s the willingness to step up, share knowledge and help each other that makes all the difference. We’re determined to maintain that same focus and teamwork as we head into 2026, with a solid pipeline of work already underway and more opportunities emerging across the state
The consistency we ’ ve shown this year puts us in a strong position for the next phase of delivery, and we’ll keep building on that momentum. Wishing everyone a safe and merry Christmas.

Another major landmark project has been successfully delivered by the CDPG VIC team, namely the Westgate Tunnel Project. Spanning 5 km from Yarraville to Laverton North, the team completed the full tunnel sump scope, including the installation of pumps and reticulated pipework to support stormwater discharge throughout the network Utilising flanged, cement-lined ductile iron pipework, this project represented a specialised area of the plumbing sector and provided valuable opportunities for all team members to develop and expand their skillsets The team worked diligently to meet tight schedules and demanding deadlines A sincere thank you to everyone involved for their dedication and hard work.

QLD TEAM WATCHING SCOTTS FUNERAL
As we wrap up 2025, I want to recognise the huge year the Queensland team has delivered We’ve been spread across major infrastructure, commercial and health projects, all of which demanded sustained effort and resilience from everyone involved. This year has also come with emotional challenges, and I want to thank each of you for the way you ' ve supported one another both on and off the job Your professionalism, commitment and teamwork continue to define who we are I wish you all a joyful Christmas and encourage you to make time for family, mates and the people who matter - we never know what life has around the corner, so look after yourselves and each other

NPAV has finally reached completion after five years of effort. This project demanded significant commitment, and I want to thank everyone who helped bring it to the finish line A special acknowledgement goes to Site Manager Angus Hill, who put his own ambitions on hold to see the project through. Watching Gus rise from apprentice to tradesman to site manager has been a highlight, and we wish him all the best as he starts his own business

Across the Cross River Rail precinct, progress is being made at both Roma Street Station and Albert Street Station Roma Street is on track for fit-off before Christmas, with only minor close-out works expected in the new year. Albert Street has been one of the most mentally challenging jobs we have ever taken on, even for our most experienced tradesmen with three decades in the industry Despite this, the team has pushed through constant adversity with an exceptional level of teamwork and determination, and that effort has not gone unnoticed.

Over at the NEXT Data Centre, Site Manager Tom Browne together with Justin Rew are continuing to push ahead as the project prepares for a major rampup in early 2026. Stage 1 demolition and removal of existing hydraulic services is complete, inground hydraulics are underway, tank slabs and columns have been poured, and formwork for the tank walls is about to commence

After many delays, we have now commenced inground services for the BAC Aeromedical Project at Brisbane Airport Site Manager Dave Laird and his small team are working through a complex set of challenges, including groundwater management, unstable ground conditions, stainless steel pipe supports and buttwelded HDPE drainage Upcoming works will include large water main cut-ins, new sewer pump-out station installations, large-bore HDPE lines and the construction of new sewer manholes. This essential emergency medical project will serve Queensland for decades, and the team is proud to be part of it
Site Manager Shane Burton and his team have been working for months in the ground at the Mainfreight Distribution Centre in Willawong, installing kilometres of pipework under tough conditions This has been a job for the “groundhogs” of the company, and Toby Hollands, Zak Patterson and Adam Smith all deserve recognition for their effort The team has now begun moving inside the new building to install the high-level water services
NPAV – Lendlease

Down the Gold Coast, progress on the Coast Luxury Apartments continues strongly The builder is targeting Level 30 structural completion by Christmas, and our plumbing works remain well ahead. High-level water services are underway on Level 23, rough-ins are progressing on Level 17, and fit-off is tracking nicely, with Level 9 expected to be completed shortly

Finally, we are closing out four years of work at the Ripley Satellite Hospital, delivering the final stage carparks under the leadership of Steve Keogh and Hayden Bourke This marks the completion of all stages of the project, from the early works through to the final handover.

A short walk up Margaret Street, the Casino Complex Towers 5 and 6 continue to rise quickly Tower 5 has moved out of the six basement levels and is now up to Level 8, while Tower 6 has reached ground level after completing all basement works. There is significant stormwater installation and temporary water services happening across both towers, and we expect the job to surge forward around Easter 2026, setting up a strong pipeline for next year
We also recently completed the Lady Ramsay Child Care Centre in Herston, led by Site Manager Andrew Thompson. Andrew, like Gus, has progressed through the ranks within C&D, and his leadership on this job was excellent Working with a smaller team, Andrew achieved a strong result and was well supported throughout by Senior Project Manager Steve Keogh
Congratulations to 4th Year Apprentice Jaslyn McClear, who was a finalist in the 2025 NAWIC Apprentice of the Year category - a fantastic achievement and well deserved We also congratulate Justin Rew on completing his apprenticeship this year, marking a major milestone in his career. A warm welcome to our new first-year apprentice Ty Dransfield, who joins the C&D family And finally, congratulations to Benny Potts and his wife Emma on the arrival of their son, Louis Charles Potts.

At the QEII Hospital, we are currently operating across three major work fronts - the refurbishment works, the new carpark structure and the new clinical services building. This is our largest and busiest project at present, with two Project Managers, two Site Managers and around twenty-five plumbers delivering everything from inground fire service and drainage to high-level hydraulic services, stack installation, rough-ins and deck punch-outs. The team has been performing exceptionally well, and the output across all fronts has been impressive

Scott gave himself to so many areas - participating in industry boards such as the MPA, supporting internal and external business acquisitions to strengthen the C&D brand, contributing to not-for-profit ventures, forging new pathways through innovation, utilising overseas connections in the US and Denmark to broaden our thinking, developing apprentices to the best of their ability and collaborating with industry partners to help grow the PICAC training schools to what they are today. The list goes on.
Walking into a room with Scott always carried serious credibility and respect when we were meeting clients for the first time or discussing a tender. The man had presence. His ability to “talk the talk” was a strengthsometimes changing from meeting to meeting and giving us a laugh - but through it all, one thing never changed: his confidence in our ability to deliver
I first met Scott halfway through 1998 when I was still at school, exploring what I wanted to do once I finished Year 12 later that year, when I had an opportunity to discuss a plumbing apprenticeship with him The interview started with the usual pleasantries and polite banter about local sport, family and mutual mates in the area, then it turned serious.
“You know I finished my apprenticeship a year early,” Scott said “Well, I’ll finish mine two years early then,” I replied. And from that point on, with a shared commitment, respect and loyalty, we were connected.
Scott touched so many lives along his journey; the numbers would be truly staggering, as was evident on his Memorial Day His personality was infectious, and he was someone you couldn’t help but love being around. His passion for the business he built with Chadd, the people he employed, the industry he helped shape and the brand he forged - one of a kindwas driven by his unwavering desire and will to succeed. The man was a giant; his output was unrivalled and impossible to keep pace with. The beauty of Scott was that through all his success, he never let it change him as a person
Personally, Scott was my ultimate role model - a brilliant teacher and mentor who shaped me not just in business but in life I respected and admired him deeply and loved him with all my heart He was my rock when times got tough, just as he was for so many others. No matter how busy he was in his personal or business life, he always made time to check in.
His warmth enveloped everyone like a lifelong hug, and his personality made every moment around him feel alive His superpower was the way he could seamlessly weave the stranger he’d just met into the same heartfelt circle as the friend of 30 years - and everyone in between The world has truly lost an irreplaceable soul, and while we are forever sad without Scott in it, we are also extremely grateful to have crossed paths and shared the journey together.
RIP, Brother

I first met Scotty 35 years ago in the great days of the Riddell’s Creek Football Club - a young buck with plenty of dash and bravado who was always destined for the grand things in life He may have been short in stature, but he was gigantic in presence.
On the plumbing side of his life, he was a risk taker - a huge mover and shaker in the industry. He was a plumbing kingmaker He never ceased to amaze with how he was always thinking of how to plumb stuff better He was an innovator and a visionary who challenged you and pushed the envelope His passion for the industry had no boundaries and his reach had no limits. He was so proud to be a plumber and to be the guiding light to so many in the industry If you were a plumber, you were a top bloke in his book
The old saying “ you never know what you ’ ve got until it’s gone ” has never rung truer for the CDPG family and the plumbing industry as a whole As the posthumous accolades roll in for the great man, we will soon realise that he will be remembered forever but replacednever, ever.
For me, he was a mate more than a boss - someone to look up to from afar. He was bloody stubborn and solid as an oak, but so humble at the same time - a rare mix in a man What a bloke He gave out more jobs to blokes in need than Centrelink, lent more money to his mates than the Reserve Bank, gave his time and money to numerous charities, gave his expertise and knowledge to many organisations, and sat on more boards than Mick Fanning

He was always there with more free counsel and advice than a QC when you were struggling He never forgot his roots, always willing to give back, and every time he visited us up here in QLD he left his mark in such a positive way. With the greatest of respect and admiration - RIP, my friend. You will comfortably sit at the head of the table in heaven’s boardroom

HEGARTY
2025 has been a strong year for our WA team, marked by steady project growth, meaningful partnerships and solid progress across sites
A major highlight has been our involvement at the Marlamanu On Country project, a culturally grounded initiative delivered alongside Garlooroo Pty Ltd. Seeing the impact of this work on young people and community has reinforced the value of partnering with organisations that share our purpose and approach
We’ve also continued advancing our prefabrication strategy, particularly on Pier Street, where cast-in components and in-wall modules are now being fully implemented as the typical floors open up
The positive response from both our team and our client shows how effective this direction is for future WA high-rise work
We were proud to support Ange Dawber in her Zero 2 Hero CEO Cape to Cape trek, raising funds to empower mental health leadership among young people.
These contributions reflect the broader role we play in our communities
Thank you to everyone across WA for your hard work and consistency throughout the year. Enjoy a safe and relaxing Christmas break, and I look forward to building on this momentum in 2026

We would like to welcome Project Administrator, Sara Lidguard to the Cooke & Dowsett WA team Sara brings a blend of project coordination, process design and stakeholder communication expertise, gained across structural engineering and creative technology environments. Most recently, as Project Coordinator at GMZ Consulting, she assisted with the company-wide migration to Jira, designed scalable query workflows and delivered training via Confluence to all staff

We were pleased to announce the recent completion of a project at the Marlamanu On Country site Cooke & Dowsett worked with Garlooroo Pty Ltd, which is owned by Ethan Corpus, who previously managed NUDJ Plumbing Services.
The project located midway between Broome and Derby on the Dampier Peninsula, was delivered for Troppo Constructions, with the client being KRED Enterprises.
Marlamanu is a safe, positive, and transformative space providing a culturally grounded alternative to traditional youth justice programs. Recently I met with CDPG Estimating Manager Matthew Mullarvey and Ethan Corpus onsite to look at the project’s progress.
Congratulations to the whole project team including Project Manager Mark Davies, Project Administrator Cassie Kirk, Site Manager Greg Moynihan and Site Plumber Liam McDermott, a fantastic collaborative project and we look forward to working with Garlooroo Pty Ltd in the future

The Pier Street build-to-rent project is well underway, with our crews progressing steadily through the typical floors of the tower From the outset, we planned to incorporate as much pre-fabrication as possible, and now that the typical floors are opening up, we ’ re able to fully put that strategy into action.
This approach includes cast-in blue bangers, cast-in drainage elements, water meters, copper corridors with clips, and PRV stations Pier Street is also the first project in WA to install CDPG’s pre-fabricated in-wall modules. As with any new initiative, there have been lessons learned, but nothing that can’t be refined and improved as we move forward
Overall, the integration of pre-fabrication has been highly effective and has been positively received by both our onsite team and our client, Icon Construction.

2025 has been a big and challenging year, marked by strong delivery across a wide mix of education, health, retail and commercial projects. Before anything else, I want to acknowledge the passing of Scott Dowsett Our deepest sympathy goes to Kellie, Jack, Ben and the entire Dowsett family Scott’s influence across CDPG, and the broader plumbing community, will never be forgotten.
To the CDA team, thank you for the consistency, quality and professionalism you ’ ve shown all year We’ve closed out several long-running projects, onboarded new talent and built momentum heading into 2026. A warm welcome to Toby White, who joins us with extensive commercial plumbing experience, and congratulations to Jayden Clissold on completing his apprenticeship and to Oscar Bowditch on finishing trade school.
We have multiple projects wrapping up before Christmas and a solid pipeline of new work ready to kick off in early 2026, setting us up for a strong start to the year Thanks to everyone for your effort, resilience and the way you support each other on and off site.
Wishing you all a safe and enjoyable Christmas breakrecharge well, and I look forward to another big year ahead

This large multi-level commercial development is progressing well, with all inground services now complete Dean Woodhart and Ash Miechel (long-time CDA subcontractors) have commenced high-level services including 150mm roll-groove pipework, fire service reticulation, suspended drainage and stormwater The structure is expected to top out at Level 4 by late November, opening more work fronts for the CDA team
October marked the successful handover of the fourand-a-half year Dellacourt redevelopment. This eightstage project, delivered with long-term client Hansen Yuncken, has been a major undertaking from start to finish Our thanks go to all CDA staff involved, with particular acknowledgement of Ben Nicholls for leading the early program and Darren Prowse for driving the project through to completion.

Charles Wyatt and his team have navigated significant challenges diversifying and rerouting existing infrastructure to allow the new structure to commence. This is a complex multi-level development delivered for Hansen Yuncken and Albury Wodonga Health, and an important first step in what is expected to be a wider five-year program of works across the campusincluding future mental health, allied health, maternity and carpark facilities.

Patrick O’Brien continues to represent CDPG strongly on this regional health project, building excellent relationships with the RCC team Site Manager Tim Carberry and subcontractors Sam, Jimmy, Frez and Toby have completed major inground works including approximately 400 metres of gradient-bored sewer infrastructure. This project is now well underway and has begun to reveal its complexities, particularly with construction taking place on a former tip site. With the support of Hayden Smith from Cooke & Dowsett - who has at times had to work without PPS staff - we are tackling these challenges head-on and demonstrating strong flexibility in our project delivery.
This project exemplifies what PPS is all about with Site Manager Beau Mollenkamp mentoring one of our newest trade people, Djuran Lovett to take on the next phase of his career development. This is a fantastic opportunity for Djuran to gain experience in site delivery, project planning, working to schedules, planning tasks and procuring materials Thanks to Beau for his enthusiasm and we look forward to seeing Djuran flourish in this role.

PPS is now completing its third year on this prestigious infrastructure project Over this time, we ’ ve been part of every major milestone - from the initial tree clearing to establish alignment, to today, where we ’ ve installed countless kilometres of pipe and delivered the potable water supply We have also constructed extensive covered walkways and relocated site cribs across various project areas A big shout-out to Eli Lovell and James Bouterakos for building and maintaining strong working relationships with the client, and for keeping the PPS crew motivated on a high-octane worksite filled with moving parts

This project is very special to PPS – Gunditjmara Country is where it all started for us! We are thrilled to have our crew working back home on Country The majority of our family are living on country and now have the opportunity to see the quality of work we are doing and building capacity in our community. Tayne Morris is showing his connections in the region, and we are now beginning to recognise more opportunities by providing a good service that is in demand in Regional Victoria

Delivering from start to finish, Project Manager Nathan and Site Manager Adam have overcome the complexity of the project to deliver a highquality product in a memorable building. I would also like to make special mention to Graduate Felix Nguyen for his tireless work getting the administrative side of the project over the line, a really challenging task that has required significant effort.

We are nearing the completion of the supply lines scope for the IMAS Project Our team, led by Sam Legro, have worked hard through the winter months to run kilometres of pipe from the new filtration building up to the main facility, including some technically challenging works on the double-bunded drainage (more to come on that later) with an inbuilt leak detection cable
The supply lines scope faced significant challenges from the start with existing services and latent conditions, but the team battled through and brought the lines up to the new facility in good time Special mention to Jake Atkin, Wayne Oliver, Steve Burns and Zeik Atkins for their hard toils over the last few months.

15 WILLIAM STREET MELBOURNE
As we wrap up 2025, I want to thank everyone at PPM for the effort you ’ ve put in across what has been a demanding and rewarding year. The work featured in this newsletter says it all, from the complex fit outs at Atlassian and Parliament House to our continued delivery at Collins Street, William Street, and Bourke Street
These projects reflect the standard you bring to every job, the professionalism our clients rely on, and the pride you take in your work I appreciate the commitment shown by the entire team and look forward to carrying this momentum into 2026 with fresh energy and a clear focus on what we can achieve together.
PPM has recently returned to 500 Bourke Street to complete another full-level plumbing fit-out, continuing our long-term involvement at this landmark site over the past three years This latest project was our first collaboration with new builder Capabuild and involved delivering high-end plumbing services for a prestigious law firm tenancy We’re proud to share that Capabuild were extremely pleased with both the quality of workmanship and the communication provided by the PPM team throughout the project. As a result of this successful partnership, we have secured a second project with Capabuild - a great testament to our team’s professionalism and commitment to excellence

Tori Thompson recently explored New Zealand in a motorhome with her partner. Jack Buckland also travelled abroad - he visited Thailand with his partner, where the two got engaged. Congratulations, Jack!

This was an exciting and unique tenancy fit out for Atlassian’s main office in Melbourne, bringing a creative and modern workspace to life for one of the world’s leading tech companies
The project featured a large commercial kitchen installation, complete with a Big Dipper Grease Interceptor (GIT) and a pumped trade waste drainage system - a challenging component that our team successfully delivered with precision and care.
The result is a trendy and functional office space designed to support a vibrant workplace culture With fresh meals served daily and even a DJ setup to energise the office, the client was extremely impressed with the quality and finish of PPM’s work throughout the project. We have now been contracted to manage the ongoing maintenance for the tenancies hydraulic services

After five years of dedicated work, PPM is proud to announce the successful completion of the Parliament House upgrade project.
Delivered in partnership with Harris HMC, this was a challenging and highly detailed project that required careful planning and coordination across multiple stages Despite the complexities and delays, the final result is outstanding, featuring all-new amenities and tea points on Levels 4 and 5. In addition, PPM undertook a significant upgrade to the building’s plumbing infrastructure, ensuring long-term reliability and performance for this iconic site
We’re also pleased to share that PPM has been invited to return to Parliament House to upgrade the fire service ring main across the entire site - a further demonstration of the client’s confidence in our workmanship and capability This project marks a tremendous achievement for the PPM team and reinforces our proven ability to deliver on complex, high-profile projects
We’re proud to announce the successful completion of another project at the 80 Collins Street precinct, delivered with our long-term partner McCormack. This stage covered four levels with new amenities and breakout kitchens for each tenancy PPM delivered all new water and waste services, supported by premium Zip Systems throughout the high-end fit-out The result is another strong outcome for both teams, reinforcing our consistent quality workmanship and seamless delivery on every McCormack project

This is PPM’s second project with Intermain at 15 William Street this year, delivering upgrades across two levels of amenities and two tenancy fit outs The program was tight and required close coordination between all trades, particularly due to a split sewerage system where half the building operated on gravity and the other half required a pumped solution Despite the complexities, the final result exceeded expectations, transforming the building into a modern, functional workspace appreciated by both the client and the builder.
PPM has been awarded another major project with McCormack, delivering a 28-level amenities upgrade at 367 Collins Street in the Melbourne CBD Stage 1 has brought unique challenges, with much of the building remaining live while works continue Our team has been coordinating closely with tenants and building management to maintain safety and minimise disruption As part of the upgrade, PPM is replacing the full cast iron sewer drainage system with PVC to future-proof the building for years ahead. We look forward to continuing our strong partnership with McCormack and delivering another high-quality result.
