This plan continues the efforts made by the Town of Holbrook to protect its natural resources, conserve open space, develop community gathering spaces, and provide well-maintained recreational opportunities for all its residents. With this update of the Open Space and Recreation Plan, the Town of Holbrook reviews its existing resources, reflects on achievements and challenges encountered since the 2000 plan, and assesses its potential to improve open space and recreational opportunities for its residents.
