‘We Did This for Growth’ ERA TEAM Real Estate Opens New Branch Office in Conway A culture of collaboration and a commitment to education guided the transformation of a 6,400-squarefoot corporate warehouse into a modern office for ERA TEAM Real Estate’s Conway branch. With $273.95 million in sales volume and 1,368 transactions in 2021, ERA Doty Real Estate/ERA TEAM Real Estate is the 16th largest real estate agency in Arkansas, according to a March 2022 list published by Arkansas Business. And they are poised for growth. The agency’s 123 licensed agents and brokers serve 48 counties across northern Arkansas. In addition to the Conway location, ERA Doty Real Estate/ERA TEAM
Real Estate has branch offices in Jonesboro, Paragould, Mountain Home, Flippin, and Hot Springs. Owner and principal broker Steve Doty said Conway’s new space was designed with collaboration and education in mind.
