“Each call and situation are unique — from selling a complete engine, to troubleshooting an electrical problem, to something as simple as finding filters,” said Harrison. “Even if I can’t resolve their request directly, I can point them in the right direction to someone who can — like our service or sales departments. They, in turn, refer customers to me. It’s great to be a part of a team that’s dedicated to customer satisfaction.” Harrison recalled a situation where that teamwork really paid off. “One of our product support reps called about a mining customer who was shut down because they had a machine with a broken window. The manufacturer did not have one in stock, so we researched further and found a compatible one
