Construction of the Seabrook Bridge in Seabrook began in May 2024 and is projected to be completed in October 2028. The project has a budget of $107 million and is almost entirely federally funded, with an additional $2.4 million contributed by municipalities and utility companies. The project will replace the Neil R.
