In-house spa doctor‘s surgeries, physiotherapy and medical departments guarantee their quality. By no means does LeadingCampings offer great programs only for children. Depending on the campground, teenagers and adults will discover very diverse programs for very different interests. Important: No one has to participate – it is up to you.

We make camping academic. It took a lot of effort to develop the European Master's programme "Sustainable Camp Site Management" according to the requirements of the EU-Erasmus programme. After one year of preparatory work, the 174-page EU approval document is now available - the concrete implementation phase started on October 30, 2020. Until then, the curricula, concrete teaching contents and case studies have been developed. The course, which can be taken from 2023, is aimed at people who already have a Bachelor's degree and want to qualify for management tasks in camping resorts in the Master's programme. The programme is taught in English. Three universities are cooperating - the tourism faculties of the University of Rijeka (Croatia), Breda (Netherlands) and Girona (Catalonia), where students have to complete one semester each. This means that the students get to know three particularly important camping countries of Europe with their different accents at first hand while still at university. The fourth and final semester is designed as an internship semester and takes place at a LeadingCamping. Here the students also write their final thesis on a practice-oriented topic, which they work on locally. As the name of the programme suggests, special attention is paid to sustainable business management. Since the statutory purpose of the association "The Leading Camping and Caravaning Parks of Europe e.V." is to improve the public image of camping, it is a matter of the heart for us to be able to participate in the academization of the management teams. One is on the leash, the other online: Something seemingly incompatible comes together on these pages: dogs and Wi-Fi. There is a simple reason for this.

For many of our guests information on both is very important for their holiday decision making. We therefore have used symbols on each campground double page, which will show you at a glance if dogs are welcome or not allowed and whether Wi-Fi is free or provided for a fee.

There is often not a simple Yes or No. Except for two of our members, all LeadingCamping accept dogs but often only on

campsites and not necessarily in rental accommodations. Some members accommodate dog and dog owner on separate sites, others welcome them only in selected rental accommodations. Still others ask for a higher final cleaning fee when dogs are brought into rental accommodations.

And as to wireless Internet: There are sometimes free hotspots, for example, in the vicinity of the reception; on the site or in the accommodation, however, there will be a charge. In order to do provide all the details, anyone for whom this is especially important will find specific information on these pages.
