The activeCard is your advantage card for your holidays in Sterzing-Ratschings and is available free of charge of your stay with all activeCard partner hotels.

The activeCard is your entry ticket into a world full of advantages and privileges. Public means of transportation, museums and cable cars are included.

The activeCard opens the doors to an unforgettable, twice the fun holiday experience - and is included in your room price.

Types of cards: activeCard Senior & activeCard Junior.

ActiveCard Junior: children from 6 until to 13,99 years

ActiveCard Senior: for all person above 14 years

“Where and how” to get the activeCard?

From your first overnight stay in one of the activeCard partner companies your host will issue you with your activeCard.The card is valid from the day of arrival until and including the day of departure. Please note: on the activeCARD must be indicated the name and surname of the guest, as well as the period of stay.

Transferability

The activeCARD is personalized and bound to its owner. The activeCARD is not transferable! Each family member and all persons, that make part of a travel group will get a proper card.

How do I use the activeCARD?

The activeCARD shall not be kept in immediate proximity to a mobile phone or credit card, otherwise the magnetic strip will be deactivated! If this happens, on the back of the activeCARD will be printed “illegible/illegal”. Mostly this only happens with public transport. The guest may use the activeCARD on the same day until the guest reaches the accommodation, as he does not have the opportunity to get a new card. As soon as the guest has returned to the accommodation, he must get a new card.

It must be validated at the beginning of each journey; remember to validate your ticket before boarding when travelling with trains or ropeways. You are not required to indicate your destination.

Each card provides one admission to each of the more than 90 participating museums, collections and exhibitions sites. All extra services such as guided tours, museum educational activities or special events are not included unless expressly indicated.

The card enables the owner the use of all public means of transportation belonging to the South Tyrol Integrated Transport Network:

• Regional trains (not Eurostar/Intercity) in South Tyrol (Brennero – Trento, Malles – San Candido/Versciaco)

• All town and extra-urban bus services

• The cable cars to Renon, San Genesio, Colle, Verano, Meltina e Maranza

• The narrow-track railway on the Renon mountain and the cable railway up to the Mendola mountain
