Chinese Writing Contest
Concordian International School successfully held the 11th “Wen Xin” Cup Chinese Writing Contest on Tuesday, April 1, 2025. The contest showcased students’ creativity and critical thinking through writing, while inspiring their passion for the Chinese language.
Concordian International School 于2025年4月1日（星期 二）成功举办第十一届“文心杯”中文写作大赛。 大赛展示了学生的创造力与思辨力，并激发了他 们对中文学习的热情与兴趣。
“文”意为文章、文学；“心”意为心灵、核心。“文 “文 Wen” means essay, literary. “心 Xin” means heart, core. “ 心”也是中国著名文学批评著作《文心雕龙》（公 文心 Wen Xin” is also the first two characters of the famous 元501—502年）的前两个字，该书首次在中国文学 Chinese literary critique “文心雕龙 The Mind of Literature and 史上提出写作应同时重视内容与形式。 Ms. Jennifer Carving Dragons” (AD 501-502) which first advocated for valuing both the content and text format in writing in Chinese history.
