About Food brings over 25 years of food and beverage expertise to our community. Founded in 2013, they have managed restaurants and hospitality services at BITEC and now bring that experience to schools through their specialized "Cassia by About Food" and "Wish Cafe by Roots" brands. What makes this partnership special is their thoughtful approach to student dining. Every meal is prepared with organic and traceable ingredients, served with genuine care for our young diners' wellbeing. About Food holds international certifications in food hygiene and safety (including FDA, GHPs, GMP, TMVS, AMVS, TIS 22300, ISO 14001, and ISO 20121), ensuring the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
