June 2nd, 2025 Dear K3 Parents, e are excited to announce our upcoming K3 Graduation ceremony, which will be held on W Wednesday,June 18th, 2025,from8:15 - 9:45 amintheGrand Theater. The Graduation ceremony comprises five parts: ● ● ● ● ●
tudents' entry in graduation gowns S Administrator and homeroom teachers’ speeches Class parents and teacher appreciation Students receiving graduation certificates on stage, one by one Family photo-taking in the MYP Gym next to the Grand Theater
Please kindly make a note of the following information: uetothecapacityoftheGrandTheater,weareinvitingamaximumof3familymembers ● D (including siblings) per student to join the ceremony. ● Additional family members may join the photo-taking session in the MYP Gym after the ceremony or sit in the Grand Theater balcony seating area located on the 5th floor. ● OnlyparentsandguardiansholdingagreenlanyardarepermittedtoattendtheGraduation ceremony ● Students should not wear flower wreaths, tiaras, large bows, or distracting headdresses during the ceremony for the official graduation photo on the stage. Students may wear headdresses and other accessories during the photo-taking session in the MYP Gym. ● Parentswillreceiveoneprofessionalphotooftheirchildreceivingtheirgraduationcertificate at the beginning of the next school year. ● Aftereachindividualclasshasreceivedtheirgraduationcertificates,parentsmayproceedto theMYPGymforphoto-taking.(Pleasewaitfortheannouncementofthedismissalofeach class.) ● Snacks and refreshments will be provided toparentsandstudentsatthebackoftheMYP Gym after the Graduation ceremony. ● Photo-takingwillbefinishedby11:00amatthelatest.Pleasebringyourchildbacktotheir classrooms to have lunch in the canteen. ● Parents who wish to borrow the graduation gown should send an email request to their child’s homeroom teacher, and may take their child’s gown home after the ceremony. ● Graduation gowns must be returned to the school's uniform shop with Khun Cin the followingday,Thursday,June19th.Incaseofanylostordamagedgowns,afeeof2,000 baht will be charged for a gown replacement. elookforwardtocongratulatingourK3studentsontheirachievementsandtoseeingyouthereto W celebrate this important milestone! incerely, S Concordian Administration
