Client: Gozney
We created a flagship office for Gozney, spanning 12,000 sq ft, which perfectly reflects their vibrant brand identity. The space fosters creativity and connectivity, reinforcing Gozney’s position as a leader in the culinary industry and supporting their global expansion. The design includes custom solutions such as intelligent lighting and specialised mechanical systems tailored to their iconic pizza ovens. Bespoke joinery and furniture, along with acoustically optimised partitioning, complement a variety of functional spaces designed for collaboration, innovation, and focused work.






Bold, Bespoke Showroom Transformation
Client: Lyreco
This innovative showroom features two bespoke break-out meeting areas, along with a formal conference room equipped with a media wall and large central table. Each space is uniquely designed with features like drink stations, faux greenery, and a green neon sign that boldly highlights Lyreco’s motto. The brightly lit showroom showcases modern, industrial-inspired display units with concrete finishes and metal clamp details, highlighting Lyreco’s products at varying heights, while the space’s thoughtful lighting and colour-blocked walls pull through their distinctive brand identity.






Creating a Functional and Collaborative Headquarters

Following the departure of the initial contractor, Thwaites’ new headquarters was taken forward with a bespoke CAT B fit-out. The space was transformed into a functional and aesthetically pleasing environment that fully reflects the company’s brand and operational needs. Every element, from the strategic layout to the refined finishing touches, was thoughtfully crafted to enhance productivity while fostering a collaborative atmosphere. This headquarters now stands as both a highly functional workspace and a testament to Thwaites’ commitment to excellence and innovation.






Client: Hawley Woods School
Working in collaboration with the client, we transformed Hawley Woods School into a bespoke and nurturing environment tailored for children with autism and SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs. This Victorian school building, along with several standalone structures, underwent a thoughtful refurbishment to enhance functionality and inclusivity. Low-sensory arousal spaces were carefully planned to promote focus and comfort, complemented by extensive outdoor areas that encourage exploration. The result is a space that fully supports the diverse needs of its students while fostering growth and learning in a supportive atmosphere.

Re-imagining a Classic Inn
Client: Heartwood Inns, White Horse Inn
We partnered with the Heartwood team to revitalise this historic 13th-century inn, preserving its charm while introducing modern comforts. The project included the full refurbishment of 56 luxurious en-suite bedrooms and the redesign of the bar and restaurant areas. By relocating the bar to the front and the dining room to the back, we created two distinct spaces—each with its own unique ambiance. Every en-suite room was carefully designed with high-quality finishes to ensure a memorable and relaxing stay. The refurbishment also introduced intimate dining nooks and a hidden courtyard, offering guests a peaceful outdoor escape in a space that merges history and modern luxury.






A New Standard in Luxury Suites
Working closely with the client and designer, we transformed a conference room at The Genting Hotel, Resort World Birmingham, into two exceptional luxury suites. These elegant suites feature bespoke high-quality joinery, spacious bathrooms with his and hers basins, and premium finishes in a neutral colour palette. Sumptuous fabrics and carefully selected materials enhance the sense of comfort and sophistication throughout. Designed to offer relaxation and indulgence, the suites provide guests with an extraordinary experience that elevates the standard of luxury accommodation.






Reviving a Coastal Landmark
Client: St Austell, Pier House
Situated along Charlestown’s historic Georgian harbour, famous for its Tall Ships seen in many films and TV series, The Pier House has been carefully restored after fire damage. Working with St Austell, we revitalised this quirky inn, which features a sea-facing bar and a sun-trap outdoor seating area offering fantastic views. The number of guest rooms was reduced from 27 to 23, creating a more spacious, open-plan layout with direct access to the terrace. Each room was redesigned with luxurious materials, offering guests a relaxing and stylish retreat in a beautiful coastal setting.






The Punch Bowl, nestled in the heart of Mayfair, is a Georgian Grade II-listed building thoughtfully restored to enhance its historic charm. Spanning three uniquely designed floors, the pub offers a blend of traditional and modern touches, with warm natural hues and jewel-toned upholstery creating a welcoming atmosphere. From its ground-floor bar to the intimate private dining spaces above, The Punch Bowl continues to captivate guests with its timeless character and renowned hospitality. Each floor delivers a distinct experience, making it a versatile destination for any occasion.

Home & Workplace Vehicle Charging Points
We offer innovative EV charging solutions for homes and businesses, including SMART chargers from Rolec and Myenergi. These chargers are OLEV-compliant, support mobile app control, and feature tethered or untethered options. They help optimise energy use, with grants covering up to 75% of installation costs, making them a practical and affordable choice for electric vehicle owners.
Solar energy systems are a sustainable way to reduce electricity costs. Solar PV panels generate electricity from sunlight, which can be used within the property or exported to the grid. An average system costs £5,000 and produces approximately 3,700kWh per year, saving 15-20p per kWh when used internally.
Solar Thermal
Solar thermal systems use sunlight to heat water stored in tanks, making them ideal for lowering heating costs. We install only the best-quality panels and equipment from trusted brands such as Mitsubishi and Sanyo to ensure reliability and performance.
Heat pumps are an excellent renewable alternative for heating and cooling. Ground source pumps draw low-level heat naturally contained in the ground, while water source systems generate energy from flowing water. Air source heat pumps are common but may require electric backups during colder months. Combined heat and power (CHP) systems capture heat generated during electricity production to warm water, making them a cost-effective and efficient solution for homes and businesses.
Replacing older boilers with modern condensing models can improve efficiency and cut fuel bills by 35-45%. Gas boilers benefit from added thermostatic controls and TRVs, while oil boilers can achieve similar savings through system upgrades. Biomass boilers provide a renewable alternative by burning organic materials like wood pellets, with repayment supported by the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI). These systems combine affordability and sustainability for heating your property.
