July’s catalogue arrives at a moment of reflection—250 years of a country built on the conviction that something better was always possible, and the audacity to pursue it. These are estates conceived in that same spirit: properties where vision preceded outcome, where the result speaks not to what was available, but to what was imagined.
We are pleased to present this month’s global lineup, including our ‘America 250’ Sale in New York City on pages 22–40, with live bidding closing across two evenings: July 28 at The Dominick in SoHo, and July 29 at Sotheby’s New York at the Breuer Building.
Among this month’s offerings, a trophy penthouse 37 floors above Central Park South in Manhattan presents pre-approved plans for four terraces and sweeping park views. In Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica, Casa Java is a newly built jungle estate steps from Playa La Vaca. A 52-acre legacy sanctuary in Aspen, Colorado frames sweeping Elk Mountain views across eight guest cabins and a main residence—remote and awe-inspiring, yet just 11 miles from downtown. In Scottsdale, Arizona’s Silverleaf, a newly completed fiveacre estate by architect Scott Carson encompasses an 18-car garage and a speakeasy.
Featuring a selection of the finest U.S. real estate, the ‘America 250’ Sale includes the only available ownership at Cimarron Mountain Club— Colorado’s only private ski mountain—a 1,900-acre alpine enclave in the San Juan Mountains reserved for just 13 families. In Old Highland Park, Dallas, Texas, the final commission of Classicist Cole Smith anchors a rare acre-plus corner lot. In the Catskill Mountains of New York, the Erpf Estate spans 280-plus acres with a restored colonial manor and a 1,680-foot stone maze by sculptor Michael Ayrton. In Santa Fe, New Mexico, The Dusty Boot commands 360-degree views across 25-plus acres—a Steven Samuelson Studio-designed double adobe residence with a world-class equestrian compound, featured in the Wall Street Journal.
Consignment opportunities remain available for upcoming live auctions in Hong Kong, New York City, Hershey, London, Arizona, and Miami. To learn more about these properties or explore auction opportunities, visit conciergeauctions.com or contact us at +1.212.202.2940.

Your guide to the world’s finest property platform
From Aspen to the Amalfi Coast, our global platform connects the right buyer to the right home - fast. Here’s how we do it.
Selling with us
Your fast pass to global exposure and a 60-day close.
WHY SELL AT AUCTION?
The world’s finest art, classic cars, yachts, and antiques are sold at auction—so, too, is luxury real estate. Timing is everything and luxury real estate can move slowly. According to our Luxury Homes Index, homes that take over 180 days to sell close at an average of 19% less than their listing price. Our auction model accelerates the process, with global exposure, competitive bidding, and a 60-day start-to-finish timeline. We are an added tool rather than an alternative to selling traditionally, and in all instances, we partner with a listing broker on each sale.
WHY DO I NEED A LISTING AGENT?
We are an auction house and not a brokerage firm. On average, a third of our buyer demand is generated by the local market. Managing local listings requires agents who can operate in specific areas. Over two decades, we have found that local buyers prefer to work directly with the listing agent or a local brokerage community. Having an agent, therefore, increases the chance of successful sale. Buyers appreciate the ability to speak with a local agent to get a professional opinion on the property.
HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?
We bring you the market and the competition drives the price. Prior to the auction opening, we promote your property both globally and locally for three weeks with world-class sales, digital, and public relations campaigns. The auction will open for two weeks once a Market Reserve has been set. The sale of your home will be followed by an as-is, contingency-free closing, typically within 1–4 weeks after the auction closes.
