This Service Agreement ('Agreement') is entered into by and between Computer Repair Miami ('Provider') and the Customer identified below.

1. Scope of Services:

The Provider agrees to perform the computer diagnostics, repairs, hardware upgrades, software installations, virus removals, data recovery, and other related technical services requested by the Customer.

2. Terms of Payment:

The Customer agrees to pay for services rendered at the Provider's current rates. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Liability and Limitation:

The Provider is not responsible for loss of data, hardware failure, or incidental damages unless resulting from negligence. Customer acknowledges the inherent risk of data loss during computer repair.

4. Data and Confidentiality:

All customer data is treated as confidential. The Provider will not copy, transfer, or disclose information unless necessary for service or required by law.

5. Warranty:

Repairs are covered by a limited warranty of 30 days unless otherwise specified. Warranty covers only the original repair and does not extend to unrelated issues.

6. Cancellation Policy:

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. A fee may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.

7. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
