Position: Travel Consultant on full-time basis, Compass Travel Attard We seek enthusiastic, professional, and creative individuals passionate about travel. If you have a knack for planning and enjoy helping others experience the world, we’d love to hear from you! Key responsibilities: Design and coordinate travel packages, including long-haul, European, honeymoon and cruise itineraries. Provide exceptional customer service and personalised travel advice. Manage bookings, process payments and handle customer inquiries. Collaborate with a dynamic team to enhance our travel offerings. Requirements: Attitude & Motivation: A positive, proactive and can-do attitude with a strong drive to succeed. Initiative: Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organisational skills: Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail. Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Language skills: Fluent in English and Maltese, both spoken and written. Education: A degree or diploma in Tourism Studies or a related field.
