We would like to extend a sincere welcome and thank you to everyone joining us for our 16th Annual Elder Charolais Bull Sale. We are truly grateful to all of our long-time supporters and to those attending for the first time. Your continued confidence in our program over the past 15 years — through your purchases, bids, and interest in our cattle — means a great deal to our family. It is an exciting time to be part of the cattle industry, with feeder cattle prices reaching record highs and Charolais-sired calves continuing to perform and lead the way across the nation.
The past year has been both busy and rewarding for our family. Keanan has started his commercial herd, Cassidi and Cooper purchased their home in Coronach this past November, and our youngest, Klay, is now in Grade 12. We also look forward to several special milestones in 2026, as Klay graduates on June 13th and Cassidi and Cooper celebrate their wedding on July 18th.
Sale day is always a highlight of our year, and we look forward to welcoming you. We will be serving our traditional Elder Charolais Bull Sale burgers for lunch, so please come early, enjoy a meal, and take time to walk through the pens prior to the sale. We hope you enjoy a relaxed and enjoyable afternoon filled with great cattle and warm hospitality.
We are proud of the strength and quality of our 2026 bull offering and believe it represents one of our most complete groups to date. Visitors are always welcome to view the bulls at the farm ahead of sale day, and we are happy to walk through the offering with you at any time. Our commitment remains focused on producing practical, high-quality bulls that deliver strong returns for our customers. We strive to raise cattle that offer calving ease, performance, muscle, sound structure, strong testicle development, ample hair, and, just as importantly, quiet and dependable dispositions.
Our bulls are developed on a TMR ration consisting of barley silage, hay, and a 14% pellet, along with a chelated mineral package to support proper growth and development. We stand behind our program and our guarantee is straightforward — if an issue arises, please contact us and we will work with you to ensure your cows are taken care of.
For those new to our sale, video footage of the bulls is available online for viewing prior to sale day. Bulls will sell sale day by video. If weather permits, we encourage you to arrive early and we will gladly take you through the pens to view the bulls and answer any questions you may have.

We can deliver your bulls anytime before May 1st at no cost up to 200km, or take them home sale day and deduct $100 from your total purchase.

Elder Charolais reserves the right to collect semen on any bull sold in the sale for in-herd use only, at our expense and the owner’s convenience.

Pascal was the high selling bull in 2023 CK Sparrow Farms Bull Sale. He is the heaviest haired and best footed bull that has walked here at Elder Charolais.
