Exhibitor | Sponsor Terms - 2026 Welcome. Thank you for participating in our WEXPO event. Here, we outline the key terms to ensure a smooth, professional and successful event for exhibitors, sponsors and presenters. 1. Booking Confirmation • Your participation is confirmed once your booking form is submitted and approved by WEXPO (the Organiser). 2. Payment Terms • All fees must be paid by the due dates outlined in your booking. • A deposit of 25% is due to hold your space and entitlements. • Late payments incur a $100 administration fee per occurrence. 3. Your Exhibition Space • Your stand is allocated by the Organiser. • Stands must only be used for the products/services approved in your booking. • Sharing, transferring or subletting your stand is not permitted without written approval. 4. Event Changes or Cancellation • The Organiser may adjust dates or venue (within the same city) if required. • If the event is cancelled, all exhibitor fees will be refunded. • The Organiser is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by exhibitors.
