Seb Kerr’s cooking talent takes up golden notch at A WorldSkills
TAFE student Seb Kerr will be representing Western Sydney in the WorldSkills Commercial Cookery National Championship.
N apprentice chef and Parramatta local, Seb Kerr, who dreams to own a hatted restaurant has taken the WorldSkills gold medal this year. Still completing Certificate III in Commercial Cookery at TAFE yet was chosen by teachers to represent Western Sydney in the national competition set for next year. TAFE teacher Grant Farrant they were excited to see Western Sydney’s skilled apprentices showing their skills with Seb taking the highest award. “We have extremely high-quality apprentices coming through our Western Sydney TAFE campuses,» he said.
