Wollondilly ’s popular visitor offerings on top agenda

OURISM operators and businesses are sharing bright and innovative ideas to lure more tourists into the Wollondilly Shire’s attractions and historic precincts. About half a million people visit the shire annually, making Wollondilly a vibrant destination mostly for day-trippers, accounting for 83 percent of visitors from domestic and international tourism.

The new Wollondilly Tourism Connect gathering was hosted by the Wollondilly Shire Council and held at Razorback Ridge Wines, one of the favourites for tourists visiting the shire. It was a successful evening of networking, sharing ideas, learning about available services, and supporting Wollondilly’s tourism businesses, Mayor Matt Gould said. More page 3.
