By Evan Walsh Managing Editor WESTBOROUGH – Just after their lunchtime on June 6, firefighter-paramedics Curtis Cook and Trevor Olson were flying down Westborough roads en route to a residence on Adams Street.
They were responding to a report of a woman in active labor, and that a baby may need to be delivered then and there. It was a situation neither of them had experienced on the job. On the way, Cook and Olson – two members of the six-person team who arrived – formed a plan.

Marlborough councilor eyes geothermal energy to power city By Evan Walsh Managing Editor MARLBOROUGH – David Doucette, a Marlborough city councilor, recently penned a letter arguing that Marlborough should consider starting a municipal thermal utility. The City Council on July 20 unanimously agreed to place the letter on file, with Doucette asking his
colleagues to co-sign.
