By Shealagh Sullivan Reporter HUDSON – In 1992, Hudson resident Rob Butts was newly married, an accomplished electrical engineer, and someone who always embraced an adventure. But that same year, a tragic accident

Trash hauler’s contract may be re-examined in Hudson By Paul Hopkins Reporter HUDSON – After reconsideration, the Select Board authorized the Board of Health to allocate funds to have its own legal counsel examine the town’s con-

MARLBOROUGH – Walking into the Marlborough City Council chamber, it’s impossible to miss the colorful new decor hanging behind the Ward 7 City Councilor seat. The painting, titled “Iconic Marlborough,” was donated to the city by former Ward 7 City Councilor Don Landers, who died in March 2025. The painting depicts well-known city landmarks, like City Hall’s clock tower and the Walker Building. There’s also references to the city’s annual Labor Day Parade, the Frye Company, and Marlborough House of Pizza. Hidden in the blue background are names of stores, restaurants, and landmarks — some of which have closed.
